The Android system has the advantages of opensource and high utilization, will be widely used in the exploration of innovation in themobile medicine. This paper researched the mobile monitoring technology for healthinformation based on the Android system, making the Android smart phone as the center,designing the management system of health information, which includes three modules:the module of detecting physiological parameters, the module of managing informationon the smart phone, the module of communication system with the server. The systemachieves the functions of detecting physiological information, communicating betweendetection module and the mobile, processing physiological data on mobile terminal,transmitting data between the mobile client and the server.Design the system of acquiring ECG data based on Bluetooth module of the smartphone and design the system of acquiring heart sound based on the headphone jack.Attaching the Bluetooth module on the ECG detection module, the phone using its ownBluetooth, the system researches the control technology of Bluetooth communication, toachieve transmiting the ECG data from the detection module to the phone. The mobileterminal draws the ECG, calculates the heart rate and stores the ECG data as files. Thesmart phone acquires the heart sounds by useing the headphone jack. The sound signal iscollected by the sound sensor, amplifier and signal conversion, then inputed to audiointerface in headphone. The smart phone sets collecting frequency, sampling parameters.etc., then acquires heart sound, stores and playbacks and uploads the file of heart sound.Design the monitoring and managing information system on the Android smartphone. The system includes four modules: the detecting module of physiologicalinformation, the management system of personal information, the clinics system of expertadvice and the reminding module of medicine schedule. The module of detectingphysiological information achieves the functions of detecting physiological parameters,transmitting data from detection module to the smart phone, analyzing and processing thephysiological data on the Android smart phone. The module of managing personalinformation achieves the function of user’s personal login and registration and themanagement service of personal information. The module of the clinics system of expertadvice achieves the function of expert advisory clinics by using call technology and short message technology. The module of reminding medicine schedule achieves the functionof reminding medication alarm and voice alerts, giving the intelligent, friendly to users,healthy caring plan for users.Design the communication system between the smart phone and the server by usingHTTP and socket communication technology. Use the Tomcat technology to build thevirtual server, the Servlet to project the method of transmitting physiological data, theJDBC to research the realization of database operations, the thread pool to designconcurrent connections from clients. Design the HTTP connection to realize uploadingusers’ personal information by using HTTP communication technology, and design thesocket connection to upload ECG data and heart sound file to the server using socketcommunication technology, in order to further the medical diagnosis. |
