Investigation And Analysis Of Life Quality Of Post Radical Nephrectomy Patients

Objective: To understand the life quality status of post radical nephrectomy patients, todiscuss the factors which have impact on the life quality of post radical nephrectomypatients. To provide science evidence for establishing intervene measures to pointedlyraise the life quality of post radical nephrectomy patients.Methods: Using cross-sectional study, Perceired Social Support Seale (PSSS), MedicalCoping Modes Questionnaire (MCMQ), and self-made organizational questionnaire forthe life quality of post radical nephrectomy patients were used to measure and assess thelife quality of195post radical nephrectomy patients. SPSS17.0statistical software wasused to analysis the date. T-test and F-test were used to compare the difference amongthe groups. The multiple linear stepwise regression analysis was used to conductmultiple-factors analysis.Results:1.1. The life quality of post radical nephrectomy patients was relatively good as awhole. The total average score of the life quality was2.88. The average score of thephysical filed was3.23. The average score of the body filed was2.75. The average scoreof the psychological filed was2.54. The average score of the social field was3.70.2. The scores of post radical nephrectomy patients in the avoiding and surrenderdimension were higher than the norm. The post radical nephrectomy patients’ scores ofthe social support were higher than the rectal cancer patients’. The difference hasstatistical significance.3. The in family support scores, out family support scores and total support scores ofthe60year of age and under patients were higher than the over60years old patients’. Inthe medical coping modes, the facing and avoiding of the60year of age and underpatients were higher than the over60years old patients’. The difference has statisticalsignificance.4. The in family support scores of male patients were significantly higher than the female patients. There was no significant difference between the male and female scoresof the out family support, total support and medical coping modes.5. High school diploma and technical secondary diploma patients’ scores of the infamily support, out family support and total support were significantly higher than theother education background. There was no significant difference among eacheducational background patient scores in the medical coping modes.6. There was no significant difference among\each age group patient scores in thebody field, physical field, psychological filed, social and life quality.7. The psychological scores of male patients were lower than the female patients’. Thedifference has statistical significance.8. There was no significant difference among\each education background patientscores of life quality.9. After the analysis of backward linear regression, we screen out the factors whichhave impact on the life quality of post radical nephrectomy patients were in familysupport, out family support of the social support and the facing, avoiding, surrender ofthe medical coping modes.Conclusion: The life quality of post radical nephrectomy patients was correlating withthe social support and medical coping modes. The post radical nephrectomy patients inthe medical coping modes have significant difference with the norm. The post radicalnephrectomy patients show avoiding and surrender. The post radical nephrectomypatients’ scores in the social support were significantly higher than the rectum cancerpaitients’, which indicates that the post radical nephrectomy patients have better socialsupport. We could establish relevant health care intervening measures basing on these.Giving patients more social support, guiding them correctly understand the disease,firming the life confidence, facing the disease with more positive mentality to promotethe recovery of body, physiology and social function and raise the life quality.
