ObjectiveTo study comparatively clinical curative effect of laparoscopic radicalnephrectomy and open radical nephrectomy for renal clear cell carcinoma. Statisticalanalysis the influence factors related to postoperative tumor recurrence to provide thereference of further treatment postoperatively to reduce tumor recurrence of thepatients.MethodsIn90patients with localized renal clear cell carcinoma, laparoscopic radicalnephrectomy40cases,Open radical nephrectomy50cases. The two groups had nostatistically significant in patient age,gender,,tumor stage and size difference. Tocompare the clinical curative effect of two groups of patients and postoperativecomplications follow-up145patients received radical nephrectomy analysis clinicaldata obtained from104patients in age, blood in the urine, smoking, clinical stages,lymph node metastasis which are likely to impact Kidney cancer recurrence. ResultsLaparoscopic radical nephrectomy on the eating time, postoperativehospitalization days, postoperative recovery time is better than that of open radicalnephrectomy,and have statistical significance.There are differences with theopen radical nephrectomy but without statistical significance.In the operation timeand tumor recurrence comparative differences of incision infection and incision sidewaist skin feel abnormal degree have statistical significance.Analysis results P valuesare less than0.01of that age, blood in the urine, smoking, clinical stages,and lymphnode metastasis impact Kidney cancer recurrence.Conclusioncomparing with open radical nephrectomy, retroperitoneal laparoscopic radicalnephrectomy is better in the recovery of intestinal ventilation and eating as soon aspossible, shorten the postoperative hospital stay and Postoperative time return tonormal activities,it is good for patients recovery,its advantages more show that thenew technology is worth promoting.Age,blood in the urine, smoking, clinicalpathologic stage and lymph node metastasis have significant effects on kidney cancerrecurrence.
