Investigation And Analysis Of Health Status For More Than35Years Old Of Bus Company Driver In Changchun City

The bus driver is shouldering the city traffic normal operation of the task, thetask also undertakes public passenger safety, health problems, the bus driver hasbecome one of the important factors that restrict the development of city traffic andpeople travel smoothly, need to pay close attention to the relevant leaders and society.Objective:This paper collected2012Changchun City bus company for more than35yearsold driver physical examination data, analysis of the current bus driver’s health,compared with other domestic bus driver of the examination results, to understand thehealth status of Changchun Bus Company, looking for the main factors affectinghealth from, for health education and health promotion strategies and provide ascientific on the basis of the implementation.Method.6to establish the driver physical examination results bus using Microsoft VisualFoxPro database, using descriptive statistical method to analyze the abnormaldetection rate of physical indicators, and the driver physical examination index ofdifferent age and different gender, abnormal detection rate or prevalence compared.The use of SPSS13for Windows statistical software for statistical analysis of data.Result.1.477bus driver physical examination results for abnormal detection rate44.86%,triglyceride, total cholesterol anomaly detection rate of impaired fasting glucose52.83%, the detection rate of14%, the detection rate of hypertension was29.14%,positive rate of fatty liver in46.13%, gallbladder abnormal detection rate11.55%, uricacid abnormal detection rate26.7%, the prevalence rate of coronary heart disease29.77%. Between2different gender driver gallbladder abnormality rate had nodifference (P>0.05), while the positive rate of fatty liver, abnormal rate of triglyceride,total cholesterol, abnormal detection rate, detection rate of hypertension, uric acid,detection rate of abnormal gallbladder abnormality and coronary heart diseaseprevalence rate difference (P<0.05). Between3different age drivers the detectable rate of fatty liver, impaired fasting glucose and triglyceride detection rate of abnormaldetection rate difference (P<0.05), total cholesterol, uric acid, the abnormal rate ofabnormal detection rate, detection rate of hypertension, gallbladder abnormaldetection rate and prevalence of coronary heart disease had no difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:The overall health level1.2012years of Changchun City public transport company for more than35years old driver is not good. Compared with other domestic occupation and thenational average level, the abnormal rate of triglyceride, total cholesterol, highdetection rate of abnormalThe detection rate of blood pressure, coronary heart disease, the prevalence offatty liver, impaired fasting glucose, uric acid detection rate of abnormal detectionrate and detection rate of abnormal gallbladder were higher2fatty liver detection rate, detection rate of abnormal triglyceride, totalcholesterol abnormal detection rate, detection rate of hypertension, uric acid, detectionrate of abnormal gallbladder abnormality and coronary heart disease prevalence ratewas higher in male than in female, gender differences, the gallbladder abnormaldetection rate no gender differences.3of the total cholesterol, uric acid, the abnormal rate of abnormal detection rate,detection rate of hypertension, gallbladder abnormal detection rate and prevalence ofcoronary heart disease along with the change of age and did not change significantly,the remaining test parameters were varied with age increasing trend.
