| Objective Taking the abnormal indicators of all physical examination indexes as the entry point, this paper discusses the differences of abnormal physical examination indexes between different groups, discusses the status quo of abnormal physical examination indexes, and analyzes related factors to provide a basis for health intervention and treatment after physical examination. It aims to increase people’s awareness of participating in health examinations, and to provide targeted countermeasures and measures for subsequent health intervention and health management. Methods This study used a complete physical examination report. The complete physical examination included: hematuria, fasting blood glucose, blood lipids, liver and kidney function;chest radiograph,12-lead electrocardiogram, liver, pancreas and spleen, and gynecological ultrasound. The results of the physical examination are evaluated according to the general criteria of clinical diagnosis.According to the physical examination database, establish an Excel table, use SPSS23.0 to perform analysis of variance,chi-square test,t-test and logistic regression analysis to classify each disease, discuss the risk factors of related abnormal indicators, and use α =0.05 to determine whether there is statistics difference. Results 1.In the study sample of 14593 cases,8906 were males, accounting for 61.0%,and 5687 were females, accounting for 39.0%.The age ranged from 18 to 92,with an average age of 43.92±12.06.2.The oldest male is 85 years old,the youngest is 18 years old,the average age is 44.04±11.62 years old,the female age is 18-92 years old,the average age is 43.74±12.72 years old.3.Fatty liver, abnormal BMI,abnormal waist-to-hip ratio, abnormal cholesterol, abnormal triglyceride, abnormal blood pressure, abnormal diastolic blood pressure, abnormal systolic blood pressure, abnormal blood sugar in 2018,the detection rates were: 55.7%,55.0%,46.7 %,38.1%,29.8%,25.6%,14.5%,11.1%,9.8%;2019 abnormal waist-to-hip ratio, abnormal BMI,fatty liver, abnormal triglyceride, abnormal cholesterol, abnormal blood pressure, abnormal diastolic blood pressure, abnormal blood sugar,Abnormal systolic blood pressure, the detection rates were: 59.1%,58.7%,37.8%,35.6%,33.3%,27.3%,16.1%,11.7%,11.2%.4.There are differences in the abnormal detection rate of various indicators in different gender groups and different age groups in all physical examination populations(P<0.05).5.The different groups of BMI are statistically significant in whether they have fatty liver, whether blood pressure is normal, triglyceride is normal, cholesterol is normal, and blood sugar is normal(P<0.05);Compared with normal and abnormal,it is statistically significant in these groups whether there is fatty liver, blood pressure is normal, triglyceride is normal, cholesterol is normal, blood sugar is normal, there are statistical significance in these groups(P<0.05);,fatty liver The illness was statistically significant in whether BMI is normal,waist-to-hip ratio is normal, blood pressure is normal, triglyceride is normal, cholesterol is normal, and blood sugar is normal(P<0.05).Conclusions 1.In this study, the order of the detection rate of abnormal physical examination indicators in 2018 is: fatty liver, abnormal BMI,abnormal waist-to-hip ratio, abnormal cholesterol, abnormal triglyceride, abnormal blood pressure, abnormal diastolic blood pressure, abnormal systolic blood pressure, blood sugar Abnormal;the detection rate of physical examination index abnormalities in 2019 is ranked from high to low: abnormal waist-to-hip ratio, abnormal BMI,fatty liver, abnormal triglyceride, abnormal cholesterol, abnormal blood pressure, abnormal diastolic blood pressure, abnormal blood sugar, abnormal systolic blood pressure.2.The top three abnormal detection rates in this study include: fatty liver, abnormal BMI,and abnormal waist-to-hip ratio.3.In this study, the fatty liver detection rate in 2018 was higher than the fatty liver detection rate in 2019;the abnormal BMI detection rate in 2018 was lower than the BMI abnormal detection rate in 2019;the waist-to-hip ratio in2018 The detection rate of abnormality is lower than the detection rate of abnormal waist-to-hip ratio in 2019.4.Among the abnormal conditions of physical examination indicators of different genders: fatty liver,BMI,waist-to-hip ratio, triglycerides, cholesterol, and blood sugar. The abnormal detection rate of men is higher than that of women;systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, blood pressure, etc. For several physical examination indicators, the abnormal detection rate of women is higher than that of men.5.Among the abnormal physical examination indicators of different age groups: the detection rate of fatty liver is the highest in the 40-59 age group, the abnormal detection rate of BMI is the highest in the age group 60 and above, and the abnormal detection of waist-to-hip ratio The rate is the highest among people aged 60 and over, and the abnormal detection rate of blood pressure The highest in the age group 60 and above, the highest detection rate of triglyceride abnormality in the 40-59 age group, the highest detection rate of cholesterol in the age group 60 and above, and the abnormal detection rate of blood sugar in the 60-year-old age group. The age group of years old and above is the highest.6.The different groups of BMI,whether the hip ratio is normal or not,and the prevalence of fatty liver are correlated with all the indicators included in each group.7.Female gender is a protective factor for hypertension;age, mild fatty liver, moderate fatty liver, severe fatty liver, overweight and obesity, abnormal waist-to-hip ratio, abnormal triglycerides, and high blood sugar are the causes of hypertension.Risk factors.8.Female gender is a protective factor for fatty liver;age, overweight and obesity, abnormal waist-to-hip ratio, abnormal cholesterol, hyperglycemia, and hypertension are risk factors for fatty liver disease. |
