Staffs and teachers of the university areresponsible for the heavy management, scientific research, teaching, and so on. Theirheavy works burden, mental stress. Long-term high-loads, lack of awareness of theirown health, as well as some bad lifestyle. Led to the university faculty physicalcondition is not optimistic. This paper is to study the health status and universityfaculty evolution tendency, trying to figure out the major risk factors affecting health,analyze and university faculty career-related diseases and the corresponding case law.Propose appropriate strategies to promote health education, university faculty tochange unhealthy lifestyle, improve population health.Purpose:Service staff with a university for the study, analysis of a university staff of tomaster the physical condition (lipids, blood pressure, blood glucose, liver B), toidentify the main factors that threats to health, the corresponding prescriptions ofhealth education, improving management level of health, improve the college staffhealth and improve the health the degree of concern. Better finish teaching work forthe country to make greater contributions.Methods:In a university from2004to2012five active employees participate in physicalexamination of as the research object collected five health check data for2012toparticipate in the Health Check of risk factors for health active employees as the research object. The questionnaire includes general status, sex, age, work experience.Personal behavior habits, high-fat diet and high-salt diet, smoking habits, alcoholconsumption habits. Sports&sleep and so on. Data compilation with "Schooldisease early warning system database", double entry, unified audit. Data for analysisSPSS16.0data processing software.Results:1.The school district detection rate of major chronic diseases is higher, theaverage value,27.8%, hyperlipidemia, fatty liver,27.1%,24.0%high-normal bloodpressure, hypertension,24.0%higher than the national prevalence rate, fasting bloodglucose increased by4.4%, lower than the national level. indicators of mendetection rate in women. hyperlipidemia of men, fatty liver detection rate increasedwith the increase of the year, women with high blood pressure detection rateincreased with the year and there is a significant difference. Hyperlipidemia in theage group of40to49years with an increase in the detection rate increased and thereis a significant difference. Fatty liver, high-normal blood pressure, high bloodpressure and elevated fasting blood glucose were no significant differences betweeneach of all ages.2. Threat to health behavior survey,763questionnaires that work intensity(58.6%), and in different populations titles significant differences exist in more than70%senior titles. Less than six hours of sleep per day37.2%, while there aresignificant differences in the titles of senior title in less than six hours of sleep thehighest proportion. Widespread lack of physical exercise accounted for43.4%.High-fat, high-salt intake ratio was35.6%,32.5%,21.6%, the proportion of smoking,alcohol consumption ratio of25.7%. The intensity of work and lack of sleep betweenthe sexes was no significant difference between the sexes other projects there was asignificant difference (P <0.05), the performance of males significantly more than women.Conclusions:A university staff poor health condition, there is a serious side of life. Fatty liverdisease and hyperlipidemia detection rates increased year by year. Widespread workintensity, insufficient sleep lack of physical exercise problems. Male workers arealso significantly in the presence of high salt, high fat diet, and smoking anddrinking habits.
