1 ObjectiveMake a large sample questionnaire survey to know the prevalence of sub-health status and its influencing factors of students in Chinese Medicine Universities.Through the campus intervention pilot of sub-health in a college and explore the sub-health intervention method based on the campus platform,to provide reference for the relevant departments that take targeted sub-health intervention measures for college students.2 Methods(1)Investigation of sub-health status and its influencing factors:taking the students from 10 Chinese Medicine Universities in China as the source of research objects, used the class as unit and stratified by major and grade. After selected the study objects,we used a self-made questionnaire and the Questionnaire of sub-health status for medical college students to investigate the general situation,sub-health status and possible influencing factors of the subjects. The questionnaire was filled in anonymously and self-evaluation under the guidance of investigators, and unified recovery after 30minutes.(2)Campus intervention study:we extracted the first grade students of two clinical departments in a university as the objects of study. After the baseline survey(investigation the general situation and sub-health status of objects, method was same as before). The objects were randomly divided into intervention group and control group by used department as unit. The mainly interventions measures were use the campus publicity platform, combine league activities, create a campus culture environment that beneficial to healthy, improve the sub-healthy cognitive level, and encourage the establishment of a healthy lifestyle, ect.Such as organized"Sub-health Knowledge Blackboard Newspaper Design Competition","Sub-health Knowledge Individual Competition","Fun Sports Meeting"and"Sub-health Knowledge Group Competition",ect. As for the intervention group, they will received intervention for two and a half years, while the control group will act without any intervention. At the end of intervention, used the same method to investigate the sub-health status of the two groups.(3)We used EpiData 3.1 to establish the database and used SPSS 21.0 to statistical treatment after checking and correcting date errors.Calculated the scores and detection rate of sub-health,and the factors that affecting students'sub-health were analyzed by multiple Logistic regression analysis.Analysis the change of scores and detection rate after intervention, and compare the difference between intervention group and control group.3 Results(1)A total of 9389 college students were investigated and retrieved 9185 valid questionnaires. The average age of students was(20.55±1.35)years old,including2589 males(28.2%)and 6596 females(71.8%).The total sub-health score was 31(17,50),physical dimension score was 15(8,25),psychological dimension score was 5(1,9)and social adaptation dimension score was 10(5,17).The sub-health score of male students 28(14,47)was lower than that of female students 32(18,52),and the score of Chinese medicine major students 32(17,51)was higher than that of non Chinese medicine major students 30(16,49.8).(2)The total detection rate of sub-health was69.7%.The detection rate of female students(72.1%)was higher than that of male students(63.5%),and the detection rate of the first grade(64.8%)was lower than that of other grades, the detection rate of Urban students(65.0%)was lower than suburban(70.5%)and rural(70.9%),and the detection rate of Hebei(76.3%)and Nanjing(75.7%)were higher than other colleges, the difference had statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)The common sub-health performance of students were feeling fatigue(35.3%),worrying about the future(32.9%)and poor attention(31.7%);the main performance of male students were easy to sweat, feeling fatigue, negative subsist and lack of energy. While the main performance of females were feeling fatigue, worrying about the future, dry eyes and sore eyes.(4)Multiple Logistic regression analysis showed that 14 factors such us gender(OR=1.453,95%CI:1.282~1.645),academic record(OR=1.143,95%CI:1.060~1.232)and peer support(OR=0.372,95%CI:0.339~0.408)were related to the occurrence of sub-health.After stratified analysis by gender, find that 10 factors such as accommodation, number of dietary preferences and academic record were related to the sub-health of male students, and find that13 factors such as number of adverse events, smoking and psychological lectures were related to the sub-health of females.(5)A total of 647 persons completed the intervention study,of which 323 students were in the intervention group(males 114,females 209)and 324students in the control group(males 154,females 170).The proportion of females in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group(?~2=9.982,P=0.002).At the baseline survey,sub-health score was 13(6,75)and the detection rate was34.0%.The scores of the intervention group and the control group were 12(5,26)and14(6,24.8),respectively,and the difference had no statistical significance(Z=0.637,P=0.524).The detection rate of the two groups were 34.7%and 33.3%,the difference had no statistical significance(?~2=0.130,P=0.719).(6)After intervention, the total sub-health score was 28(14,45)and the detection rate was 62.9%.The sub-health score of the intervention group 25(12,42)was lower than that of the control group31(17,48),the difference had statistically significant(Z=-3.463,P=0.001).The detection rate of sub-health in the intervention group(57%)was also lower than that of the control group(68.8%)(?~2=9.752,P=0.002).The increase amount of sub-health score of the intervention group was less than that of the control group(Z=-8.594,P=0.001),and the increase amount of detection rate of the intervention group was also lower than that of the control group(?~2=13.721,P<0.001).4 Conclusion(1)The detection rate of sub-health of medical college students is at a high level, and the health problems can not be ignored.Girls, poor academic performance,off-campus accommodation, low level of peer support can increase the risk of sub-health.(2)Intervention measures that take campus as platform can improve students'sub-health status.(3)It is suggested that schools should pay more attention to students'health problems, such as make use of school leagues and student management platforms, etc.Take intervention measures actively and create a good campus atmosphere to improve the health level of students.
