Tourette syndrome (also known as Tourette’s syndrome, Gilles de la Tourette syndrome),which is characterized by repetitive, stereotypic, involuntary muscle twitching or vocal tics,is an inherited neuropsychiatric disorder with onset in childhood.ADHD which also belongs to the category of neuropsychiatric disorder is offen accompanied with TIC.Except for tics, there is also Inattention, hyperactivity, rashness and irascibility in this comorbid condition. The morbidity of MT and ADHD increasing with the change of children’s dining habits and social environment recently while the morbidity of TIC combined with ADHD is higher. Children who take western medicine offen suffer from side effects of the drug, the clinical efficacy of which is unsatisfactory. So we should pay attention to seek a more secure and effective therapeutic method. Based on the clinical experience of my tutor-professor zhangbiao, the development of jingan and duodongan oral liquid that are used separately for treating TIC and ADHD obtain satisfactory curative effect.By streamlining and optimizing the prescription of jingan oral liquid as well as duodongan oral liquid,we propose that the basic treatment principle of this comorbid condition shoud be nourishing kidney and emolliating liver, soothing the nerves.TO keep a mores cientific and rational clinical observation.,we establish the treatment group that take this decoction as well as the controlled grounp that take jingan and duodongan oral liquid. The result shows that the efficacy of the treatment group is equal to the controlled group(P>0.05).Therefore we can get the conclusion that it is effective to treat this complication with the method of nourishing kidney, emolliating liver and soothing the nerves.
