Summary Of 30 Clinical Trials Of Pediatric Huanglong Granule In The Treatment Of ADHD

Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of the Phase IV clinical trial of pediatric huanglong granule in the treatment of ADHD.Methods:From July 2017 to December 2017,20 children with ADHD in the pediatric outpatient department of Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and 10 children with ADHD in the Pediatric Outpatient Department of Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2017 to August 2017 were enrolled.A total of 30 children were enrolled in the study,which were consistent with the diagnosis of ADHD in Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine standard,2 cases of shedding cases during the test.Children took pediatric huanglong granule for 6 weeks,compared with the NICHQ Vanderbilt scale before and after treatment-parental version(core symptoms,behavioral performance,severity of illness),TCM main symptoms(hyperactivity,sorrow,distraction,Multi-lingual,multi-lingual,irritable),TCM(stomach dryness,dry heart,cold heart,night sweats,insomnia,dreams,constipation)score changes,and compare and analyze the efficacy before and after treatment.Results:Before and after treatment,the results of laboratory tests showed that there were no abnormalities in blood routine,urine routine,stool routine,liver and kidney function,and electrocardiogram.At the end of the observation period,the results of ADHD efficacy were as follows:9 cases were effective,19 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 32.14%.The results of TCM syndrome efficacy were as follows:0 cases were cured,0 cases were markedly effective,10 cases were effective,18 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 35.71%.NICHQ Vanderbilt Scale-The core symptoms and severity scores of the parents' version were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of TCM syndrome scores,it can improve hyperactivity and restlessness.The main symptoms were two cases of heart and hand and foot constipation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pediatric huanglong granule has a certain clinical effect in the treatment of ADHD yin deficiency and impotence syndrome.No adverse reactions were found during clinical observation,which is safe and effective.
