With the development of science and technology and globalization,the economic development of the 21 st century has formally stepped into the era of artificial intelligence.In recent years,due to the serious aging of the population,the uneven distribution of medical resources,and the large gap of medical staff,China's medical system is facing profound reform.The government has frequently promulgated policies to promote the process of medical reform.A new force suddenly rises.When the slogan of "great health" is brought up by general secretary Xi Jinping,the Internet plus medical industry has sprung up.The government supports and encourages medical institutions to rely on big data to realize medical informatization,so as to overcome the information isolated island of traditional medical services,improve the efficiency of medical services in China,and solve the current medical dilemma.One belt,one road,is the same.In the background of the "supply side reform" and "one belt and one road",China's M & a market is booming.Enterprises are starting to expand their original scale through mergers and acquisitions,and acquire the core technology of the target enterprises to achieve long-term development.With the rapid development of intelligent medical industry and the huge profit space,many enterprises have stepped into the field of medical intelligence through M & A,so as to broaden the industrial chain,develop new business,create new profit points,and further create value for enterprises.In this paper,the typical case of M & A in smart medical industry,Zhongrui Sichuang,is selected as the research object,based on the theory of M & a motivation and performance evaluation theory.First of all,it introduces the situation and the process of M & A of both sides.Secondly,the paper analyzes the M & a motivation of Zhongrui Sichuang from the perspective of external environment and internal development.Then,by analyzing the process of M & A of case enterprises,the paper summarizes the risk control measures taken in the process of M & A.Then,we use the financial index method to compare the changes of each index before and after the merger and its performance level in the industry;use the EVA analysis method to explore whether Zhongrui SiChuang really creates value for the enterprise after the merger;use the non-financial index method to judge whether the merger and acquisition activity achieves the synergy effect in all aspects,so as to comprehensively evaluate Zhongrui Sichuang merger and acquisition of medical technology Performance level of.Finally,the paper summarizes the success and shortcomings of this M & A activity in order to have a smooth and sustainabledevelopment.
