Based On The Theory Of "supporting The Soil And Restraining The Wood", The Clinical Efficacy Of Liu's Pediatric Massage Combined With Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Tourette's Syndrome In Children Was Observed

Objective:To observe the clinical effect on Children's Tourette Syndrome Treated by Infantile Massage Therapy based on the theory of"Fu Tu Yi Mu"combined with Acupuncture.Methods:Divide 60patients with Tourette Syndrome into a treatment group and a control group randomly.Give Infantile Massage Therapy and Acupuncture to treat the patents in the treatment group,give Acupuncture to treat the patents in the control group;10 times for a course of treatment.Yale Comprehensive Tic Severity Scale(YGTSS)was used to evaluate the efficacy before and after treatment.Results:1.The difference of YGTSS score between the two groups after treatment and before treatment was statistically significant.(P<0.05);After treatment,the difference between the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The total effective rate was 93.33%in the experimental group and 86.67%in the control group.The clinical effect of the experimental group was superior to that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).It indicates that the Infantile Massage Therapy combined with acupuncture in children is better than that of acupuncture alone.Conclusion:1.Infantile Massage Therapy based on the theory of"Fu Tu Yi Mu"combined with Acupuncture and acupuncture alone can effectively improve the tic symptoms of Tourette syndrome in children.2.The curative effect of Infantile Massage Therapy based on the theory of"Fu Tu Yi Mu" combined with acupuncture in treating Tourette syndrome in children is better than acupuncture alone,which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
