Pediatric Huanglong Granule Treatment Of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder In Children One-armed Clinical Trials

Objective:To observe the pediatric huanglong particles in the treatment of children's attention deficit hyperactivity disorder-efficacy and the safety of clinical application.Methods:Clinical trials for this study,single arm,all cases from April 2017 to December 2017 in hubei province hospital pediatric clinic on children,and formulate and exclusion criteria,the group of 21 cases,screening of failure in 1 case,total into 20 cases met inclusion and exclusion criteria.To pediatric treatment of 6 weeks,huanglong particles respectively into groups,with 3 weeks of treatment,and treatment end complete NICHQ Vanderbilt rating scale(parent edition),Chinese medicine symptom classifying quantization standard table and drug adverse reactions.Results:On the basis of NICHQ Vanderbilt follow-up rating scale questionnaire(parents)curative effect standard,effective in 1 case,19 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 5%.Fann rating scale questionnaire(parents)integral changes:(1)Three weeks before treatment stage,fann rating scale questionnaire(parents)core symptoms(including attention deficit and hyperactivity and impulsive "two parts)points are reduced than before treatment,and p < 0.01,the difference was statistically significant;Fann rating scale questionnaire(parents)behavior of integral reduced than before treatment,p<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.(2)Three weeks after the treatment course stage,after treatment for 6W fann rating scale questionnaire(parents)core symptoms and behavior of integral,reduced levels of 3W after treatment,p<0.01,the difference was statistically significant.(3)After the treatment,treatment after 6W fann rating scale questionnaire(parents)core symptoms and behavior of integral are relatively lower before treatment,and p<0.01,the difference was statistically significant.On the basis of therapeutic effect evaluation standard of TCM syndrome,1 case had marked effect,effectively in 16 cases,3 had no effect,the total effective rate was 85%.Syndromes primary symptom integral,time pulse and tongue integral change:(1)Stage 3W before treatment,after treatment for 3W thinking,more than words,quick-tempered integral are relatively lower before treatment,and p < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant;3W after treatment hyperactivity restless integral compared with before treatment to reduce the trend,but p >0.05,there was no statistically significant difference.(2)Three weeks after the treatment course stage,after treatment for 6W move more restless,thinking,more than words,quick-tempered integral,reduced levels of 3W after treatment,p < 0.01,the difference was statistically significant.(3)After the treatment,treatment after 6W move more restless,thinking,more than words,quick-tempered points are reduced than before treatment,and p < 0.01,the difference was statistically significant.(4)Stage 3 weeks before treatment,after treatment for 3W GanYan dry mouth,insomnia,much dream,constipation integral are relatively lower before treatment,and p < 0.01,the difference was statistically significant;After treatment for 3W brothers heart fever,night sweats integral are reduced than before treatment,and p<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.(5)Three weeks after the treatment course stage,after treatment for 6W brothers heart heat,night sweats,insomnia,much dream,constipation,are relatively reduced levels of 3W after treatment,and p < 0.01,the difference was statistically significant;After treatment for 6W Gan Yan dry mouth integral is reduced levels of 3W after treatment,and p<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.(6)After the treatment,after treatment 6W GanYan dry mouth,hand,foot and heart heat,night sweats,insomnia,much dream are relatively lower before treatment,and p<0.01.Before and after treatment the blood,urine,stool routine,liver function,renal function,there were no abnormal ecg examination.Conclusion:To sum up,pediatric huanglong granules therapy for children with ADHD treatment before 3 weeks,3 weeks and 6 weeks after treatment before and after treatment,NICHQ Vanderbilt follow-up rating scale questionnaire(parents)core symptoms and behavior are reduced,and the difference was statistically significant;After primary symptom integral change of syndromes,the treatment course of 3 weeks stage 3 weeks earlier stage primary symptom hyperactivity restless declines obviously,more than six weeks treatment before and after treatment restless,thinking,more than words,quick-tempered integral is lower;Syndrome of TCM syndrome and lingual arteries and veins of integral change,three weeks before treatment stage,six weeks of treatment before and after treatment,heart hot GanYan dry mouth,hands and feet,night sweats,insomnia,pulse condition points are reduced,and the difference was statistically significant.Consider move more restless disease such as improve slowly,require a certain treatment cycle.
