Evaluate The Clinical Effect Of Simplified Description In Treating Acute Ankle Joint Soft Tissue Injure

Objective: to evaluate the clinical effect and safety of Simplified Description (short for Bruise-healing Powder Simplified Description) in treating acute ankle joint soft tissue injure, to further simplify the composition of Simplified Description, to get the best clinical effects through the most simplified description.Method:(1)Literature Research:We summarize and evaluate current situation of etiology, pathogenesis,andclinical research and empirical study of TCM and modern medicine of acute soft tissueinjury, by inquiring into the survey from a great number of literatures in TCM and modern Medicine.(2) Clinical Research:We define that25Simplified Description Adhesive Plaster set,25Bruise-healing Powder Adhesive Plaster and25Voltaren Latex Agentia set as one group, using three group for1week and we call it one treatment course, and then observe for two treatment course.Result:(1)Literature Research:Local application of traditional Chinese medicine can make the pharmacodynamic centralized role in local. Pathogenesis is qi stagnation and blood stasis,we can use the method of Huoxuezhitong. outside the administration leads the treatment of acute soft tissue injury,and effec anti-exudative, improve microcirculation status, analgesic and antispasmodict, which fast onset, to avoid adverse reactions, small side effects.(2) Clinical Research:the effects of Simplified Description set in reducing pain, easing swelling, improving activity and clearing bruise are obviously better than that of Voltaren set, P<0.05was the significant difference.;The three have the similar effect, without significant difference(P>0.05). All of the three kind of drug have relatively high clinical safety.Conclusion:The research shows that the Simplified Description set has the equal effect with Bruise-healing Powder, with less effect in erasing bruise. The three have the similar effect;we need to further optimize the composition of the Simplified Description, hoping to get the best clinical effect with the most simplified drug.
