Objective:Based on the experimental and clinical study of XinShuai I Hao,we are aimd to discuss the effect on the left ventricular diastolic function of the patients with "deficiency of both Qi and Yin,water wet silt stagnation syndrome"diastolic heart failure (DHF) and to evaluat the curative effect and safety of the use of the patients with "deficiency of both Qi and Yin, water wet silt stagnation syndrome" diastolic heart failure (DHF).Then we can provide an objective basis for its clinical application.Method:60patients with"deficiency of both Qi and Yin,water stagnation of dampness stasis"DHF were randomly divided into30cases in the reatment group and the other30cases in the control group. The control group are treated with diuretics,angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors,beta-blockersd and any other treatment; The treatment group was treated with Xin Shuai I Hao on the above basis.4weeks after the treatment in two groups, changes of two groups were observed before and after treatment of the quality of life of heart function classification, grading,6minutes walk test, BNP index.Result:1.Patients NYHA effects:treatment group and control group improved heart function in the total effective rate was86.7%and80%, respectively, after treatment were statistically no significant difference (P>0.05).2. Minnesota heart failure patients quality of life scores of:The trial treatment group and the control group before and after treatment to improve the quality of life scores were17.5±3.394and8.87±1.013, t-test after the two groups were significantly different (P<0.05).3. On the6-minute walk test in patients affected:the treatment group and the control group before and after6minutes walking distance increased282.83±0.06and208.7±1.836, t-test after the two groups there was a significant difference (P<0.05).4. TCM symptoms for patients and consolidated efficacy index effects:In this trial treatment group and the control group of patients before and after treatment to improve the rate syndromes are93.3%, markedly effective in the treatment group and22(73.3%), effective6people (20%), ineffective two people (6.7%) in the control group were cured and13(43.3%), effective in15people (50%), ineffective two people (6.7%), the two groups exist after rank sum test significant differences (P<0.05); groups in improving various symptoms are effective medicine which palpitations, fatigue, facial swelling limbs to improve the situation there was no significant difference (P>0.05), chest tightness, cough, shortness of breath therapy to improve the situation group than the control group (P<0.05).5. BNP impact on patients:the treatment group compared with the control group before and after treatment BNP levels were significantly decreased after the two groups by t-test were significantly different (P<0.05).6. Patients echocardiography indexes:super indicators in this Test Center (EF, LVIDd, E/A) a significant change before and after treatment (P<0.05), but the treatment group compared with the control group There was no significant difference (P>.05).Conclusion:According to the experimental results suggest that the treatment group and the control group in patients with diastolic heart failure can improve the efficacy of indicators, but the treatment group were able to further reduce the signs and symptoms, improve heart function, increase exercise tolerance and quality of life, based on the western tips plus the treatment of Xin Shuai I Hao in patients with diastolic heart failure more effective than western medicine alone. Xin Shuai I Hao explained the use of combined western medicine treatment of heart failure diastolic heart failure safe, reliable, worthy of clinical reference and further promotion.
