Clinical Study Of Xin Shuai Ⅰ Hao In The Treatment Of Diastolic Heart Failure

Objective:Through clinical studies to observe the impact of Xin Shuai I Hao on the clinical efficacy of patients with diastolic heart failure and related indicators, and to explore its mechanism of action, in order to provide an objective basis for the expansion of its clinical application.Methods:30cases of patients with diastolic heart failure were randomly divided into treatment group,16cases in the control group of14cases. Control group practices to diuretics, angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors, beta blockers treatment; treatment group in the heart failure score based on the above, plus Xin Shuai I Hao, two groups of four weeks after each treatment, the use of quantitative standards observed before and after treatment, symptoms, signs, and cardiac function,6minutes walk test, changes in circumstances.Results:Treatment and control groups can significantly reduce patients’ quality of life points and to improve6-minute walk test distance, the treatment group than the control group. The two groups could significantly improve patients’ efficacy, TCM Syndrome and heart function, but the difference was not significant. This may be relevant to this study sample size is less, the observation time shorter. The two groups of patients during treatment, no adverse reactions.Conclusion:In this study, by observing the qi and yin, Blood and Water, and heart failure Huatanruanjianpian treatment of diastolic heart failure study, found that its long-term efficacy, significantly improving clinical symptoms, improve patients’ quality of life improved in6minutes walking the role of the trial. TCM syndrome score change and cardiac function with the control group showed no statistical significance, but this may prompt us to the clinical sample size should be expanded in the future to extend the observation time limit, and further study.
