Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Therapy On Diastolic Heart Failure

Purpose： The purpose of this study was to observe Yin Deficiency and BloodStasis diastolic heart failure clinical efficacy of combined treatment ofIntegrative Medicine. On the basis of conventional Western medicine treatmentabove, plus self-made prescriptions, patients with syndromes observed from thechange in total score, E/A ratio and a6-minute walk test, analysis and summaryof traditional Chinese medicine for diastolic heart failure (Yin Deficiency andBlood Stasis) clinical efficacy.Material and method：Stratified, block and random way;160patients withdiastolic heart failure patients were divided into treatment group (80cases)and control group (80cases). Two groups of patients have diastolic heart failuretreatment guidelines based on the requirements, combined with the actualsituation of giving Western standardized medication used in the treatment ofdrugs, including β-blockers, calcium antagonists, ACEI or ARB or combineddiuretics (more drugs, need to adjust the amount according to the disease), thetreatment group was based on the use of self-made. Recipe, treatment for a month.Results：1after treatment, two groups of TCM syndrome total integral change statisticallysignificant differences between treatment group and control group (P <0.05),the improvement of syndromes of treatment group was superior to that of controlgroup (P<0.05).2treatment group and control group after treatment the level of E/A ratio higherthan before treatment, but the treatment group was better than control group,difference has statistical significance (P<0.05).3of the treatment group and control group after treatment6min walking distanceto walk test than before treatment were significantly longer, and the treatment group is better than that of control group, the difference was statisticallysignificant (P<0.05).Conclusion：Efficacy of traditional Chinese medicines for nourishing Yin, activating bloodand remove stasis, can make patients with diastolic heart failure syndromessignificantly reduce the total integral of E/A ratio, obviously improve the6min test of walking distance on foot. The above clinical data showed that combinetraditional Chinese and western medicine comprehensive treatment is relativelypure western medicine treatment has obvious clinical efficacy.
