Clinical Research On The Treatment Of30Cases Of Elderly Diastolic Heart Failure, Cardiac Capsules

Purpose：To observe cardiac capsule treatment yang water stasis inter-junction of theclinical efficacy of the elderly diastolic heart failure.Ways：The60cases of TCM syndrome the yang water stasis interaction junction ofelderly patients with diastolic heart failure were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group,30patients in the control group of30patients. Control groupusing conventional western medicine; treatment group on the basis of the controlgroup medication the cardiac capsule treatment. Both groups was28days fortreatment. The efficacy of two sets of TCM symptoms, total score of TCM symptoms,functional class efficacy, Minnesota quality of life questionnaire rated6min walk test,cardiothoracic ratio, ECG ST-T changes, color Doppler echocardiography tipcontrolstudy of the impact flap E peak and A peak and ejection fraction before and aftertreatment.Result：The improvement of the treatment group in the efficacy of TCM symptoms,total score of TCM symptoms, functional class efficacy, quality of life in Minnesotaquestionnaire rated6min walk test, peak mitral E and A peak and ejection fractionwas significantly better than the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion：Cardiac capsule treatment yang water stasis inter-junction elderlydiastolic heart failure efficacy.
