Observe Clinical On Treating Diastolic Heart Failure(DHF) Coronary Atherosclerotic Heart Disease(CHD) By Tongxinluo Capsule

Objective: To observe clinical therapeutic effect of Tngxinluo Capsule in treating CHD DHF.Methods:60 cases are divided into two groups randomly. The treatment group(30 cases)are treated with apposed Tongxinluo capsule and chemical drugs, Tongxinluo capsule 4 grain,3 times a day. The control group(30 cases)are treated with simple chemical drugs .4 weeks is a therapeutic period. The effect of clinic is observed between the groups. The changes of diastolic function of left ventricle (Ev,Av,A/E,DT) , heart rate are also compared between before and after therapy. Results: The total effective rate in improving clinic is 93.3% in Tabooing group and 73.3% in control group. There is significant difference between these groups (P<0.05).The parameters of left ventricle indication, heart rate are improved after treatment in the two groups, especially in therapeutic group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Tongxinluo capsule might have a highly curative effect in with DHF, improve the left ventricular function, improve and elongate the patients life, while the curative effect is prior simple chemical drugs, and have little or no siae effects.
