| Objective:To observe the Xiao Zheng Wan in the treatment of the clinical effect of uterine fibroids, so as to explore treatment of dispersing the depressed liver-energy and eliminating stasis to activate blood circulation;to observe the degree of improving and the state of recurrence after postsurgery about uterine fibroids. so as to explore treatment of Xiao Zheng Wan.Methods: 60 patients diagnosed with qi stagnation and blood stasis in patients with uterine leiomyoma, according to maximum diameter of flow path with uterine fibroids, fractionate two groups.the one of conseration group has 20 patients( maximum diameter of flow path less than 5cm), the other of operation group has 40 patients( greater than or equal 5cm).among the group of conseration take oreally Xiao Zheng Wan,however,40 patients divided to A'group and B'group , whether or not overdose Xiao Zheng Wan after Hysteromyomectomy. A'called operation group only, B'called oral Xiao Zheng Wan after a week of operation.these patients are given three courses of treatment. To take self-control methods, observation of Chinese medicine in patients with clinical symptoms and signs of change, and both before and after treatment with B-monitoring of fibroid size, compared before and after treatment of uterine and fibroid size changes, and determine in accordance with the relevant standards TCM signs of its efficacy, the efficacy and the integrated effect of fibroids; To take group comparison methods,observation of Chinese medicine in patients with clinical symptoms and signs of change,recurrence numbers and fibroid size after treatment.Results: Xiao Zheng Wan'effect of traditional Chinese medicine to improve significantly (P<0.001) in conseration group,for uterine fibroids the size of the tumor has significantly reduced the role of a certain (P<0.01),clinical symptoms of uterine fibroids the total effect of Chinese medicine for 90%, myoma volume of 55 percent for the total effect; General Clinical Efficacy: cure rate of 5%, markedly effective rate 35%, efficiency50%,inefficiency10%.the total effective rate 90%。Lots of Chinese medicine in patients with clinical symptoms and signs of change are better than before treatment.between the A and B, which finds that the recurrent rate of uterine myoma after myomectomy was25%, higher than Chinese medicine treatmen after myomectomy.Conclusion: 1.Xiao Zheng Wan in the treatment of qi-stagnation and blood stasis, Uterine fibroids can be significantly improved in patients with fibroid size and signs of traditional.2.Xiao Zheng Wan can improve the patients'clinical signs and symptoms and Depressed recurrent station.3. The therapy of dispersing the depressed liver-energy and eliminating stasis to activate blood circulation is an effective way. |
