The Clinical Study Of Buqi Zhibeng Decoction In Treating Peri-menopausal Dysfunctional Uteirne Bleeding With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective：To explore systematically the systematically the effect and the hemostasisprinciple of Buqi Zhibeng Decoction(BQZBD) in treating peri-menopausal dysfunctionaluterine bleeding uterine bleeding with Qi Deficiency and blood Stasis Syndrome.Methods:60patients were divide randomly into test group (30cases,treated the hBQZBD)and control group (30cases,treated with GongXueNing grain).To observed thechangs hemostasis effect,the improvements of clinical symptoms,the changs ofProthrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),the thickness ofendometrium and the improvement of hematological changs.Results:The hemostatic effect of treatment group is93.33%,and60%in controlgroup,there is significant difference between them(P<0.01);the single symptoms score ofthe clinical symptoms are difference between them(P<0.05);The decrease of the thicknessof endometrium,the shorting of PT and APTT and hematological changs of blood serum intreatment group are significant difference between pretreatment andpost-treatment(P<0.05),the difference is also significant compared with control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion：BuQi Zhibeng Decoction played a good role in treating peri-menopausaldysfunctional uterine bleeding with Qi Deficiency and blood Stasis Syndrome.The effectmay be achieved through promoting coagulation system,promoting the uterinecontractility,the decrease of the thickness of endometrium,and many other aspects.the operation of promoting the uterine contractility, and the regulate the activesubstances of uterus．It is an effective recipe in treating peri-menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding with Qi Deficiency and blood Stasis Syndrome.
