The Ozone Autohemotherapy Impact On The Immune Function Of Patients With Esophageal Cancer

ObjectiveObjective to evaluate the effect of ozone autohemotherapy onperipheral blood T lymphocyte immune function in patients withesophageal cancer. The aim is to provide a new therapeutic approachfor the patients with esophageal cancer.Methods1.We randomly divided the reviewed records of60patients withesophageal cancer into The control group which30patients receivedsimple radiotherapy,and The experimental group which30patientsreceived radiotherapy and ozone autohemotherapy.2. By flow cytometry to observe the charge of two groupspatients before and after treatment in peripheral blood T lymphocytesubsets CD3+, CD4+CD8+, CD4+/CD8+and other indicators.Results1.The control group CD8+increased slightly after radiotherapythan before, while the CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+, and other indicators decreased compared with before radiotherapy; 2. The experimental group CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+etcindex increased than before radiotherapy, and obviously higher thanbefore treatment and The control group.ConclusionOzone autohemotherapy can obviously improve the immunefunction of patients with esophageal cancer.
