Objective:To study the effect of ozone Autohemotherapy on immune function of patients with postherpetic neuralgia, and to provide theoretical basis for ozone Autohemotherapy in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.Methods:1.Patients and study protocolFrom February 2018 to December 2018,40 inpatients with postherpetic neuralgia were selected from the Pain Department of the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University. They were randomly divided into two groups:observation group?group A,ozone Autohemotherapy combined with routine medicine treatment group?and control group?group B,the routine drug treatment group?,and there are 20 cases in each group. This study was examined and approved by the Ethics Committee of the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University, and informed patients and signed the informed consent of ozone autohemotherapy.2.Experimental methodsGroup B was given oral medicines:mecobalamin, pregabalin, oxycodone and amitriptyline.Compound three-dimensional B for intravenous injection and extract injection of rabbit skin inflamed by vaccinia vaccine were given. In addition to the above treatment, group A was treated with ozone autohemotherapy.3.Observation Indicators?1?Visual Analogue Scale?VAS?was recorded at each time point before treatment?T0?,8 and 15 days after treatment(D8 and D15);?2?peripheral blood T lymphocytes?percentage of CD3+T lymphocytes, percentage of CD4+T lymphocytes, percentage of CD8+T lymphocytes, and CD4+/CD8+?before treatment?T0?,at day 8 and 15 after treatment(D8 and D15).?3?Observe the occurrence of nausea, vomiting, dizziness and other adverse reactions in the group A during the period of ozone autohemotherapy.Results:1.There was no significant difference in age, gender, course of disease, and VAS before treatment between the two groups?P>0.05?.2.VAS of patients in both groups decreased gradually with time?P<0.05?,and the interaction between time and group was statistically significant?P<0.05?,indicating that the decrease of VAS in group A was more significant than that in group B.At the time points of D8 and D15,VAS in both groups decreased compared with T0,and the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.At D8,there was no significant difference in VAS between the two groups?P>0.05?.At D15,there was a statistically significant difference in VAS between the two groups?P<0.05?.3.At the time point of T0,there was no statistically significant difference in the percentage of CD3+T lymphocytes between the two groups?P>0.05?.The percentage of CD3+T lymphocytes showed no significant change with time?P>0.05?,and the interaction between time and group was not statistically significant?P>0.05?.There was no significant difference between the two groups at each time point?P>0.05?.There was no significant difference between group A and group B?P>0.05?.The difference between D8and T0 in group B was statistically significant?P<0.05?.4.At the time point of T0,there was no statistically significant difference in the percentage of CD4+T lymphocytes between the two groups?P>0.05?.The percentage of CD4+T lymphocytes in group A showed no significant change with time?P>0.05?.There was no significant difference between the two groups at each time point?P>0.05?.There was no statistically significant difference among patients in group A?P>0.05?.The percentage of CD4+T lymphocytes in group B decreased first and then increased with time?P<0.05?,but the difference between D15 and T0 was not statistically significant?P>0.05?.5.At the time point of T0,there was no statistically significant difference in the percentage of CD8+T lymphocytes between the two groups?P>0.05?.The percentage of CD8+T lymphocytes showed no significant change with time?P>0.05?,and the interaction between time and group was not statistically significant?P>0.05?.There was no significant difference between the two groups?P>0.05?.There was no significant difference between the two groups?P>0.05?.6.At the time point of T0,there was no statistically significant difference in CD4+/CD8+between the two groups?P>0.05?.CD4+/CD8+showed no significant change with time?P>0.05?,and the interaction between time and group was not statistically significant?P>0.05?.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups?P>0.05?,and no statistically significant difference between the two groups?P>0.05?.Conclusions:1.Ozone Autohemotherapy combined with routine drug therapy and routine drug therapy can effectively control the pain of PHN patients, but the former has better analgesic effect than the latter. Both of them had no significant effect on T lymphocyte mediated immune function.2.The analgesic effect of ozone Autohemotherapy on PHN patients is not related to the change of immune function mediated by T lymphocyte.
