Objective:Ozone autohemotherapy treatment ( 03-AHT ) is a treatment method, which is use the venous blood of patients to mixed with ozone and then return to the patients. It has a wide range of indications in clinical. In the process ofozone autohemotherapy treatment, ozone itself can change the platelet aggregation, but also need to add a certain percentage of anticoagulants. It rarely reported at home and abroad whether there is an impact on coagulation function about the continuous treatment for ten days.Thrombelastography(TEG) can detect the coagulation function rapidly and accurately. So we can use TEG to understand the changes of the patients'coagulation function before and after the treatment and to guide the clinical treatment.Methods:Twenty-two patients were enrolled in the Department of Pain, the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from June 2016 to December 201.Before the research we need the consent of the ethics committee and the patients. We use TEG to detected the changes of blood coagulation function before the first treatment and after the last treatment, and Al, A2 said. The values of R?K?Angel? CI and MA were analyzed and compared between A1 and A2.Results: 1.The TEG results about A1 and A2 two groups are in the normal range;2.We use the statistical methods to analyze the values of R?K?Angel?CI and MA about A1 and A2,and each group was p<0.05,there was significant difference between two groups .Conclusion:.The ozone autohemotherapy treatmentcan make the coagulation function of patients to show a condition of low coagulation ;2.Although the ozone autohemotherapy treatmenthas an effect on the coagulation function of patients, the related complications was not found.
