Objective: Through the preoperative and intraoperative observation of mixedhemorrhoids and internal hemorrhoids thrombosis, to explore the inducing factorsand mechanism of thrombus in vivo hemorrhoids, and to analyze the correlation ofthe presence, size, number, and distribution location with different types ofexternal hemorrhoids, meanwhile, to discuss the relationship with its coagulationmechanism as well as to investigate the problems in clinical treatment of hemorrhoidsthrombosis in vivo, etc. Methods:The data including the inducing factors, gender, age, distribution location and its coagulation mechanism before the operation werestatistically analyzed as well as and the correlation between mixed hemorrhoids andthrombus in vivo hemorrhoids. Then the gender, age, and distribution location ofthrombus in cases with the presence of thrombosis were statistically analyzed again.Comparative analysis was conducted between the two statistical results. Results:The mechanism and inducing factors of internal hemorrhoids thrombosis were analyzedand summarized. There were some correlations between the thrombogenesis in vivo andage, gender and its coagulation mechanism. Meanwhile it had some correlation betweenthe presence, size, number and distribution of thrombosis and different types of external hemorrhoids. Conclusion: There are some correlation between the size, number, location and age of onset and gender in thrombus in vivo hemorrhoids, meanwhile no direct association with its coagulation mechanism, which affirmed theguiding role of varicose theory in the treatment of hemorrhoids of thrombus in vivo.
