| Objective:To observe the therapeutical effect of Xi Kun Decoction. Meanwhile, tocompare with the therapeutical effect of Hormone Replacement Therapy,in order to seekthe best therapeutical method.Method:60cases of outpatients with Perimenopausal Hot Flashes due to Deficiencyof Kidney Yin were divided into two groups at random.The treatment group of30caseswere treated with Xi Kun Decoction,while the control group of30cases were treated withHormone Replacement Therapy.12weeks was a treatment course and observe12weeks.The Syndrom Scale of TCM and the international improved Kupperman Index(KI)Scale were filled in before and after treatment.Besides,the changes of the level of FSH andE2in serum were observed before and after treatment.All the correlative index wasanalyzed statistically.Results:The clinical syndromes of the two groups were improved obviously aftertreatment and the grade of the international improved KI Scale descended remarkably. Thetotal rate in effect of the treatment group reached82.7%,while the control group89.3%，without significant difference(P＞0.05) between two groups.The serological hormonedetection showed:FSH descended while E2ascended after treatment.The statistical analysisshowed no significant difference(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Both Xi Kun decoction and Hormone Replacement Therapy have goodtherapeutical effect on Perimenopausal Hot Flashes due to Deficiency of Kidney Yin,whilethe better therapeutical method should be seeked. |
