| Objectives: This study aimed to investigate the clinical efficacy onJia-Wei-Si-Ni-San-Jin Tang in Treating gallstone, try to discuss deeply the etiology andpathogenesis of gallstone disease, and the efficacy and mechanism of Jia-Wei-Si-Ni-San-Jin Tang by using the theory of TCM.Methods: On the basias of the strict diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria, exclusioncriteria and efficacy of assessment criteria, based on a random, balanced against theprinciple of60patients qualified as subjects30cases were divided into experimental groupgiven Jia-Wei-Si-Ni-San-Jin Tang;30cases were divided into control group treated withoral gallstone tablet. Above two groups of patients’ symptoms, signs and B ultrasonicexamination were observed before and after treating between the two groups of patients,1month a course of treatment, observation of three courses, a total of3months.Results: Jia-Wei-Si-Ni-San-Jin Tang can obviously relieve the clinicalsymptoms,obviously row and melt stones. The effective of TCM syndrome and type-Bultrasonic in the experimental group are both superior to that of the control group (P<0.05or P<0.01). Therefore,with the exact effect and a higher clinical value,treating gallstonedisease by Jia-Wei-Si-Ni-San-Jin Tang can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms. |
