| Objective:To observe and explore the clinical effect and action mechanism of si ni si jun tang he xiang sha ping wei san in the treatment of functional dyspepsia typed liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency.To provide a new way and a new thought with Chinese traditional treatments in functional dyspepsia typed liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency.Methods:Using the random concurrent controlled researched method,patients diagnosed with functional dyspepsia were collected and divided into treatment and control group.Patients in the treatment group were treated with Mentor experience prescription.Patients in the control group were treated with The selection of western medicine.Patients in two groups were all treated by three courses with 7 days per course.Observe the safety changes and efficacy of drugs changes.Fill out and calculate the indigestion index table.Results:1.Patients in two groups patients are comparable.2.before and after the whole clinical curative effect observation period,no case of abnormal blood routine,liver and kidney function was found,which indicated that the Chinese medicine in the experimental group was safe and reliable.3.On thesymptoms of traditional Chinese Medicine,the improvement in the trial group was better than that in the control group,in the TCM syndromes curative effect,the experimental group was superior to the control group in improving TCM syndromes.With the prolongation of treatment time,the effect was stable and lasting.4.The curative effect in the experimental group was better than that in the control group.Conclusion:Si ni si jun tang he xiang sha ping wei san can improve the clinical symptoms of the patients with functional dyspepsia,improve the quality of life of the patients with functional dyspepsia,and effectively relieve the pain.It is not obvious adverse reactions,and is superior to morpholine and Delixine.It is worth popularizing and using in clinic. |
