| Objective:According to the method of Tongjietiaobiu in treating the disease ofankylosing spondylitis,looking for new therapeutic approach for clinical. Methods:45outpatients of ankylosing spondylitis’s disease were collected,we prescribedTongjietiaobutang for25cases as the treating group. The control group contains20cases,prescribed with Sulfasalazine enteric-coated tablets and Aceclofenac tablets. Both of themwere treating for3months to observe the change of symptom and laboratory examinationafter respective treatment.Results: Through the clinical study, we conclude that theChinese medicine group had a better curative effect to ankylosing spondylitis,whichimprove the body functions and inflammatory indicators.The effective rate of the Chinesemedicine group is88%,which is significantly superior to that of the control group60%(P<0.05), Conclusion:It is proved that clearing heat and relieving toxin and removingdampness, invigorating the circulation of blood,tonifying kidney,strengthening spleen andbenefiting qi is an effective main therapeutic method in treating ankylosing spondylitis’sdisease. |
