The Clinical Observation On Infantile Eczema Of Damp Abundance Due Spleen Deficiency Treated By Jianpi Chushi Tuina Therapy

Objective: According to clinical researches, to observe the clinical curative effects ontreatment of infantile eczema of damp abundance due spleen deficiency by Jianpi ChushiTuina therapy (Spleen-tonifying and dehumidification massage therapy) and explore itsmechanism.Methods:62patients with infantile eczema of damp abundance due spleen deficiencywere randomly divided into treatment group and control group,31cases in each. Patientsin treatment group were treated by Jianpi Chushi Tuina therapy and patients in controlgroup were applied exterior by clinical customary calamine lotion (produced by ShanghaiHuangpu Pharmaceutical Company). After3periods of treatment, the statistics of curativeeffects before and after treatment were collected respectively. The patients with recoverywere visited on their conditions regularly in a month after the treatment.Results: The cure rate and total effective rate of treatment group were29.03%and93.55%, while the one of control group were35.48%and96.77%, so the curative effects ofthe two groups were similar (P>0.05); integral comparisons between two groups aftertreatment in degrees of itching, skin rash morphology and psoriasis area had no significantdifference (P>0.05),and integral comparisons in less appetite, abdominal distention anddiarrhea between two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05).In a month aftertreatment, the recurrence rate in treatment group was11.11%, significantly less than54.54%in control group (P <0.05)。Conclusion: It has not only the exact recent but also the stable long-term clinicalcurative effects for Jianpi Chushi Tuina treatment on infantile eczema of damp abundancedue spleen deficiency. Besides, it has the priority of little side effects and low recurring rate.Jianpi Chushi Tuina therapy may be a treatment aimed at the etiology and pathogenesis of this certain type of infantile eczema, treating both manifestation and root cause of thedisease, stimulating the meridians perceptual enhancement and dredging meridians toreconcile the function of organs and blood. As a result, the damp pathogenic factordepressing to the skin is removed.
