Clinical Research On Gouty Pill In The Prevention And Treatment Of Primary Gouty Arthritis

Objective:On the basis of the dialectical and according to the theory of Chinesemedicine and Chinese-wesrern combined medicine,the research is designed to explorethe clinical curative effectes and adverse reactions of gouty pill which is the cliniacalexperience prescription of my tutor for primary gouty arthritis.Methods:We collected60outpatients or inpatients from2011.3~2013.1.Patientswere randomly assigned into two groups,30in the treated group prescribed with goutypill and the control group also contains30cases,prescribed with western medicine.Treat for2months and inquire for3months to observe the varieties of indexs.Results:1.The two groups before treatment had no statistical differences insexual distinction,age,duration of illness,uric acid in the blood and TCM syndromeintegral (P>0.05);2.There were statistical differences between the two groups beforeand after treatment in uric acid in the blood,TCM syndrome integral and VASscore(P<0.01);3.After treatment the two groups had no obvious statistical differeces inreducing blood uric acid index(P>0.05);4.There were obvios statistical differencesbetween the two groups after treatment in TCM sydrome integral(P<0.01);5.Therewere statistical differences on the comprehensive curative effect(P<0.01);6.The twogroups had no significant differences in adverse reactions(P>0.05);7.Two groups inthe recurrence rate had obvious differences(P<0.01).Conclusion:Two groups of drugs can reduce the level of blood uric acid and hadobvious therapeutic effect on primary gouty aithritis.In the TCM syndrome integraland the comprehensive curative effect,gouty pill is superrior to the control group.Thetwo groups had no difference in the safety aspects,but the treatment group didn’t haveabnormal liver and renal function and had better tolerance.At the same time gouty pill can reduce the recurrence rate.
