Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Gouty Knee Arthritis After Arthroscopy Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective:Through the observation group and control group were retrospectively analyzed for gouty arthritis of knee joint arthroscopy cleaning operation,postoperative oral I branch from gout efficacy and safety of the party for the treatment of gouty arthritis.Methods:Retrospective analysis of 35 cases of arthroscopic debridement for the acute onset of gout arthritis of the knee from September 2014 to September 2016 in the Department of orthopedics in Hubei Provincial Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital.By taking different drugs after operation were divided into 2 groups: 17 cases in the control group were given oral treatment of Allopurinol Tablets(Allopurinol),There were 15 males and 2 females with an average age of 40.1±5.6 years(28 to 66 years).The average course of disease was 8.6±1.7 years(6.1 years to 11.3 years).In the observation group,18 cases were treated by our department for oral treatment of Goufeng(all preparation room of our hospital).There were 16 males and 2 females.The average age was 41.2 ± 5.8 years(28 to 67 years).The average course of disease was 8.4 ±1.6 years(6.2 years to 11.1 years).The clinical data,symptoms and signs,the functional activities of the knee joint and the biochemical indexes of the patients in the control group and the observation group were compared and observed.14 days respectively before and after operation,1 days,7 days after operation,postoperative evaluation function of patients with knee pain and knee,respectively VAS score and Lysholm score were used for data analysis;Before and after the operation,14 d,March,and June after the operation,the blood BUA application was examined by independent sample t test and compared,followed up for more than half a year.Results: There was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group before the arthroscopy VAS score and the Lysholm score(P > 0.05).The difference between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant 1 days after operation,7 days after operation and 14 days after the operation(P < 0.05).7 days after operation and 14 days after operation,the observation group was better than the control group at the same time VAS score and Lysholm score,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups of biochemical indexes(BUA)before and 14 days after operation(P > 0.05).In March and June after operation,the BUA values in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at the same time point.At the same time point,2 groups of data were statistically analyzed by independent sample t test,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Arthroscopy minimally invasive technique is effective in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis of the knee,with small trauma and good rehabilitation of joint function.Postoperative recovery of joint function were self-made gout recipe for postoperative treatment with Allopurinol Tablets,but Allopurinol Tablets than taking Gout Treated with faster postoperative recovery,fewer side effects,After 6 months of investigation,no recurrence was found in the observation group,but there were 2 cases in the control group.Therefore,after the arthroscopy of knee joint gouty arthritis,combined with the self-designed gout prescription has high safety and effectiveness,it is worth popularizing.
