Observation On The Curative Effect Of Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction In The Treatment Of Acute Gouty Arthritis

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Guizhishaoyaozhimu Decoction in the treatment of patients with acute gouty arthritis,and then to evaluate the effect,and to provide a reliable theoretical basis for the wide application of Guizhishaoyaozhimu Decoction in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis.Material and method : 86 patients who met inclusion of standards to the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2016 to December 2018 were selected as subjects.86 patients were randomized according to the random number table method.Divided into two groups,43 patients in the treatment group and 43 patients in the control group.The control group was treated with combination of Sodium bicarbonate tablets and etoricoxib tablets;the treatment group was treated with Guizhishaoyaozhimu Decoction on the basis of the control group.Two weeks of treatment,the changes of various indicators in the two groups were tested.The laboratory indexes,clinical symptoms and curative effects of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Symptoms and curative effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results: 42 patients in the treatment group and 41 patients in the control group were observed.After 2 weeks of treatment,the scores of UA,ESR,CRP and VAS in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and p<0.05,indicating that the clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.In the treatment group,19 cases were markedly effective,16 cases were effective,7 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 83.3%,the control group was markedly effective in 12 cases,effective in 17 cases,and ineffective in 12 cases.The total effective rate was 70.7%,p < 0.05,and there were significant differences,has statistical significance.The score of Chinese medicine syndromein the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and p < 0.05,indicating that the clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Comparison of the score of Chinese medicine syndrome:12 cases were cured in the treatment group,16 cases were markedly effective,9 cases were effective,5 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 88.1%.The control group was cured in 5 cases,markedly effective in 16 cases,effective in 10 cases,and ineffective in 10 cases.The total effective rate was 75.6%,p<0.05,which was significantly different and statistically significant.The therapertic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the clinical effect was remarkable.Conclusion:1.Guizhishaoyaozhimu Decoction is effective in Acute gouty arthritis,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and effectively reduca the symptom score.2.Guizhishaoyaozhimu Decoction for the treatment Acute gouty arthritis has a significant effect on reducing UA.3.Guizhishaoyaozhimu Decoction for the treatment Acute gouty arthritis has not adverse reactions in clinical.It is a safe and effective method for Acute gouty arthritis.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
