1. Objective:China has vast territory with the large population. A rapid upward trend ofpopulation aging and chronic diseases which leads to uneven distribution of socialmedical and health resources more difficult. It’s has always been a difficult presses forsolution that the limited medical resources meet the needs of the people in our country.Along with the advance of network technology and medical equipment, telemedicinegradually appear into our life. It’s more advantage than the traditional medical modelaccepted by more and more people. In this paper, through remote monitoring andguidance of movement intervention in patients with diabetes, evaluation of theeffectiveness of this management mode will be done.2.Methods:With the aid of modern computer technology in the national fitness exercise, nutrition, dietary guidance to carry on the scientific management, has period toachieve the purpose of improve the people’s physical fitness, reduce chronic diseases.Combined with the intelligent mobile health cabin equipment developed by relevantprofessional experts and the evaluation of the data acquisition system, play the fullrole of the computer technology in information dissemination of competitive sports, the timely guidance, the monitoring, evaluation, etc.A total of50elderly, Arnold workers and retired with diabetes people, whoseaverage age are64.1years old, male,24, female,26. During the six months of remotemedical monitoring and the exercise intervention, test the height, weight, BMI, waistcircumference, hip circumference, WHR, and body fat rate; The systolic pressure, diastolic blood pressure, blood sugar before meal, postprandial blood sugar, urea, creatinine, glycosylated hemoglobin and triglyceride, cholesterol, HDL, LDL ofsubjects before and after the experiment.3.Results:The body shape indicators of experimental group have improved. The weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, BMI, body fat rate has declined obviouslywith the indicated significance.(P<0.01). Biochemical index of the experimentalgroup also have different degrees of improvement. The blood pressure, blood sugar, glycosylated hemoglobin LDL has declined obviously with the indicated significance(P<0.01). After the intervention, waist circumference, body fat rate of theexperimental group and control group are indicated significance (P<0.01), WHR withsignificant difference (P<0.05). Women’s body weight, BMI, and hip circumference ishighly significant difference (P<0.01). The hip circumference of man’s has significantdifference (P <0.05), body weight and BMI of man’s has no significant difference (P>0.05)5. Conclusion1)Intelligent mobile health cabin equipment and data acquisition evaluationsystem is easy to be carried with low cost services. The data can bestored, analyzed and transported quickly.2)Telemedicine equipment and data acquisition systems evaluation system has a positive role in improving monitoring health indicators, healtheffect for diabetics’ exercise intervention.3)Through six months of intervention, subjects’ weight, BMI, waistcircumference, hip circumference and body fat percentage has decreasedsignificantly, triglycerides, blood pressure, blood glucose, glycatedhemoglobin, LDL has decreased significantly. The result reflects that thelong-term aerobic movement on diabetics control is effective andfeasible.
