| Objective: Application of remote monitoring technology on the " new rural cooperative" follow-up of patients,to evaluate its effect on quality of life, cardiovascular events, and medical costs,and investigation on patients follow-up work satisfaction, To explore the new scheme for prevention and cure of cardiovascular diseases in the grass roots.Method: 100 patients met the inclusion criteria for the diagnosis of stable angina patients were randomly divided into experimental group(50cases) and control group(50cases), The control group was followed by routine follow-up on the basis of drug treatment.;the experimental group using Cardiac remote monitoring during follow-up of patients with real-time monitoring on the basis of the control group,will get the ECG information analysis and processing; the control group was given routine follow-up. Observation before and after follow-up of patients were angina classification, ECG efficacy, quality of life, cardiovascular events, and changes in medical costs, and in the form of a questionnaire survey of patient satisfaction with follow-up work.Results: The first part: 1.Angina pectoris grading and electrocardiogram(ecg) changes: Compared with control group, experimental group improved angina pectoris and electrocardiogram(ecg) is more obvious, with significant difference(P < 0.05); 2.Quality of life: Patients quality of life was significantly higher than control group(P < 0.01), with a significant difference;3.Medicalcostcomparative:Experimental group average hospitalization cost, total cost is lower than the control group, the average hospitalization cost, total cost and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05); 4.Cardiovascular events: Cardioascular events and readmission rate of experimental group was significantly lower than the control group, with significant difference(P < 0.05), but there was no statistically significant difference in mortality(P > 0.05).The second part: Group of 50 cases with Arrhythmia Detection Rate of 41, myocardial ischemia detection rate of 53.0. Application of remote ecg monitor ecg abnormalities found in 102 cases,the top three were 84 cases room sex on the room tachycardia, short a room tachycardia 71 cases, and ST-T change in 65 cases.Monitor through the automatic alarm, allowing patients to early detection, diagnosis, timely call the patient or family, to guide the treatment and take prevention measures, 16 patients for dealing with proper treatment in time to avoid the readmission and malignant arrhythmia, such as the occurrence of cardiovascular events.The third part: All the 100 patients were followed-up results, 100 cases were actual follow-up, no one lost, follow-up rate was 100%. According to the questionnaire showed that the overall effect is very satisfactory with the follow-up of 89 cases,accounted for 89.0%;. for wearing very satisfied with the remote monitor 74 cases, accounting for 74.0%. 60 gather opinions, suggestions 22. The knowledge of cardiovascular diseases, the understanding of the related knowledge, the carrying and the operation of the instruments are mainly concentrated..Conclusion: The application of remote monitoring technology in the new rural cooperative medical care of system in patients with stable angina, combined western medicine treatment in improving the clinical symptoms,total effect,angina classification, the quality of life while reducing readmission rates and medical costs to patients to bring more benefit, with a high value, worthy of promotion. Application of remote monitoring technology in thefollow-up not only improves patient satisfaction with follow-up effect,promote the establishment of a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients, as well as beneficial to follow-up and carry out research work. |
