| Medical problems have long been one of the most concerned social problems for ordinary people.However,at present,there are many problems in my country’s medical system,such as insufficient high-quality medical resources and unequal distribution.High-quality medical resources are mainly concentrated in central cities,and there are huge differences in medical resources between rural cities and provinces.The capacity of primary medical and health institutions is insufficient,and the overall utilization rate is not high.At the same time,the aging of the population,the increase in chronic disease patients,the spread of the COVID-19 and other factors have brought huge challenges to the traditional medical system.with the rapid development of technologies such as computers,communications,and sensors,there is a trend of in-depth integration of multiple disciplines.Taking advantage of the special advantages of online medical care in Internet hospitals,it carries out online medical consultation,expert guidance and remote monitoring.By sinking high-quality expert resources to the grassroots level,it helps grassroots hospitals and medical institutions to improve their ability to deal with illnesses and reduce the pressure on higher-level hospitals.Telemedicine has a broad application space in the fields of infectious disease prevention and treatment,chronic disease follow-up,and common diseases.Respiration,pulse,blood pressure,and body temperature are called the four vital signs,and are important parameters for assessing physical status.Such data are important reference indicators for doctors to diagnose.However,most remote medical treatment systems in the market do not realize the collection of patient physical parameters.Lack of physical parameters as a reference,it is difficult for doctors to judge the patient’s condition only by inquiries.Most medical treatment systems only save text and picture medical record data,and do not centrally and uniformly manage medical audio and video data.The relevant audio and video data in the remote medical treatment system are also very important,and the above data can provide an important reference for the follow-up diagnosis and treatment of patients.In response to the above problems,this thesis studies and implements a remote medical treatment system based on the Internet of Things.Through the combination of the Internet of Things technology and the remote medical treatment system,the important physical parameters such as blood pressure,blood sugar,body temperature,and pulse collected by relevant sensors are received.The above data can reflect the physical state of the patient to a certain extent,and are an important reference for doctors to make a diagnosis.At the same time,the system has core functions such as reservation,audio and video communication,medical reminder,and medical record management required for remote medical treatment,and realizes centralized and unified management of audio and video data during medical treatment.The main research work and main results of this thesis are as follows:(1)Research and compare common IoT communication protocols such as HTTP,WebSocket,and MQTT and various IoT platforms to realize data collection,storage management and data visualization of various medical equipment with different protocols.(2)Study the audio and video communication protocol,build an audio and video server based on the WebRTC protocol,realize the audio and video call effect with smooth picture,low delay and clear sound,and ensure the smooth progress of online doctor-patient consultation and surgical guidance.(3)Analyze the requirements of the remote medical treatment system based on the Internet of Things and complete the system modeling,design a reasonable data structure model,and realize the persistent storage management of medical equipment,user information,medical records and other data.(4)Research the full-link process of remote medical treatment,develop a remote medical treatment system based on the front-end and back-end separation mode and micro-service architecture,and conduct testing and deployment.The system includes a user terminal and an administrator terminal.The main users of the user terminal are patients and doctors.Patients can complete the entire process of making an appointment for a doctor,and doctors can initiate consultation,view patient signs and historical medical record data.The administrator terminal is for administrators to publish and maintain basic information such as the introduction of the medical treatment system,departments and doctors,and to manage system users. |
