Performance Evaluation System For Community Health Service Centers Based On Customer Demand

Performance evaluation is an important tool and method in the process ofperformance management, it has a direct role to promote public sector performancemanagement and plays a connecting role in promoting the entire performancemanagement. A scientific, comprehensive performance evaluation system ofcommunity health center can evaluate the performance of community health centersobjectively. It can detect the problem timely and provide management withreasonable suggestions. It is an important part of core competitiveness of communityhealth centers. A scientific performance evaluation system can meet the healthneeds of community residents better.In this paper, performance evaluation of community health service center ofDistrict A has been systematically studied. First, this paper outlines the public sectorperformance evaluation theory and customer demand-oriented theories. Secondly,analyzes the current situation of community health center performance evaluationsystem of District A, pointing out its problems. Thirdly, analyze customer needsthrough questionnaire, and reconstruct performance evaluation of community healthservice center of District A from evaluation index content, weight design, feedbackand application of evaluation results. Finally, optimize the original performanceevaluation and give specific optimization measures. This paper is divided into fourparts. We can get three conclusions from this paper. Conclusion one: the existingperformance evaluation system of community health center of District A hasproblems. Conclusion two: It is necessary to build performance evaluation system forcommunity health service centers based on customer demand. Conclusion three: Therebuilt of performance evaluation system as well as specific optimization measures.Innovation of this paper: Study the performance evaluation system ofcommunity health center from the perspective of customer demand, that isdemand-side, not from the perspective of supervisors. This paper combines thetheory of performance evaluation with practice, and optimizes the performanceevaluation system comprehensively from a3ssessed values, the main assessment, evaluation index system and evaluation incentives.
