| Objective:Data mining and analysis were carried out on Professor Rong Daqi’s diagnosis and treatment of henoch-schonlein purpura cases by using the TCM inheritance assistance platform(V2.5)software,so as to conduct a comprehensive and systematic summary of clinical experience.Methods: Collect and collate the case information of patients diagnosed with henoch-schonlein purpura in the outpatient department by Professor Rong Daqi from November 2021 to November 2022,and input the patients’ basic information,observation,listening,inquiry and incision,treatment principles and prescription information into the TCM inheritance assistance platform(V2.5)software.Finally,the experimental results are obtained through detailed data mining and analysis by software.Results: A total of 81 patients meeting the inclusion criteria were collected in this study,with a total of 206 visits.The patients were mostly aged between 15 and 30 years old,accounting for 30.86% of the total number.According to the results,the top 10 symptom frequency rankings in this study were tongue red,moss thin yellow and spot red from high to low.The more that hair,floating pulse,slight fear of wind cold,fatigue,pale tongue,purpura color light red,scattered in small blood spots,moss white.There were 10 kinds of drugs that were used more than 150 times,and according to the total frequency,they were Xihecao,comfrey,honeysuckle,Geogushi,licorice,ume,bupleurum,parsnips,schisandra and gefuzi in descending order.Based on the data,it was concluded that the use of cold drugs in traditional Chinese medicine was more,the use of hot drugs was the least,and the use of sweet and bitter drugs was the most,while the use of salty drugs was the least.The use of drugs belong to the foot Jueyin liver meridian and the hand Taiyin lung meridian of these two meridians.According to the law of formulation,three new formulas were obtained.Conclusion:1.Professor Rong Daqi believes that the cause of this disease is the damage of blood collages caused by the fiery poison,and the blood escape outside the veins.Clinically,the method of clearing heat and detoxifying and cooling blood to remove blood stasis is advocated for the treatment of this disease.Therefore,the clinical classification of this disease is mainly divided into four syndrome types: the syndrome of wind and heat damaging collages,the syndrome of blood and heat running errant,the syndrome of Qi deficiency not taking,and the syndrome of Yin deficiency and fire vigorously.In terms of drug use,Dr.Rong mainly used sweet and bitter drugs,combined with mild and astringent drugs,mostly attributed to liver and lung channels.Therefore,he established three empirical prescriptions,providing better ideas and treatment plans for clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease.2.The deficiency of this study is the relative inadequacy of the sample size,which fails to comprehensively and better summarize the academic thought of famous Chinese medicine Professor Rong Daqi on the treatment of allergic purpura.Need to continue to study and study hard,so as to better explore. |
