Clinical Study On Treatment Of Stage Ⅲ Diabetic Nephropathy With Spleen-kidney Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis By Chinese Herbal Medicine Combined With Benazepril For Invigorating Spleen And Kidney And Promoting Blood Circulation

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of benazepril combined with Jianpi Bushen Huoxue decoction in the treatment of stage III diabetic nephropathy,and the effect of this prescription on the related laboratory indexes of patients with stage III diabetic nephropathy with deficiency of spleen and kidney qi and blood stasis.In order to objectively explore the clinical effect of Jianpi Bushen Huoxue decoction in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy with deficiency of spleen and kidney qi and blood stasis.MethodsData of 70 patients with stage III diabetic nephropathy were collected,and the samples were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group took 10 mg QD benazepril tablets orally alone,while the treatment group took 10 mg QD benazepril tablets orally combined with Jianpi Bushen and Huoxue Decoction for 2 months.Before and after treatment,TC symptom score and therapeutic effect of the patients in the treatment group and the control group were observed.TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C(blood lipid),FPG,2hPG and HbA1C(blood sugar),UAE(urinary protein excretion rate),mALB(urinary microalbumin)fluctuations were monitored and analyzed statistically.Result1.Compared with before treatment,the excretion rate of blood lipid,urinary microalbumin and urinary protein in the treatment group and the control group were all significantly improvedafter treatment,and the difference between the two groups was P<0.05(with statistical significance).The comparison between the treatment group and the control group showed that all the indexes of the former were significantly improved,and the difference was P<0.05.2.After treatment,the blood sugar of the patients in the treatment group and the control group all decreased,compared with that before treatment,the difference was P<0.05,but the result of comparison between the two groups was P>0.05(there was no significant difference).3.In terms of clinical efficacy,the total effective rates of the control group and the treatment group were 61.3% and 83.8%,respectively,with significant statistical differences and statistical significance.Conclusion:1.The application of traditional Chinese medicine for invigorating spleen,tonifying kidney and activating blood circulation combined with benazepril can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of diabetic nephropathy with deficiency of spleen and kidney qi and blood stasis.2.The traditional Chinese medicine group can reduce the urinary protein excretion rate of stage III diabetic nephropathy and the decrease of urinary trace white eggs,and slow down the development of diabetic nephropathy.3.The traditional Chinese medicine prescription can regulate the disorder of blood glucose and lipid metabolism.4.The traditional Chinese medicine decoction can reduce albuminuria,blood lipid,blood glucose and so on,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and renal function,has the effect of delaying the damage of renal function,and has no obvious toxic and side effects.It can be used for reference in clinical treatment.
