In recent years epidemiological investigation shows that the disease incidence increased year by year, TCM etiology and pathogenesis of this disease to explore the diagnosis and treatment, clinical research, more and more thorough, a certain progress step by step, reflect a certain advantage. This study by observing modified Lidan heluo Decoction effect in the treatment of PBC.Objective:To explore traditional Chinese medicine understanding of the pathogenesis of primary biliary cirrhosis.We believed that "deficiency of vital qi as the fundamental, damp-heat stasis, gallbladder disorder" as the basic pathogenesis, so the treatment should focus on cholagogic curing. To observe the clinical efficacy of Modified Lidan heluo Decoction on the treatment of primary biliary cirrhosis and findlooking for a new, effective, economic and appropriate treatment for promoting the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of PBC.Method:60patients with primary biliary cirrhosis were randomly divided into control group30cases, treatment group30cases,3months for one period of treatment, a total of two courses of treatment. Control group using UDCA0.25tid and Silymarin tablet140mg bid, Treatment group on the basis of this to the Modified Lidan heluo Decoction. Differences in the before treatment and after treatment for3months,6months respectively record related biochemical indicators, the two groups of patients with TCM syndrome integral.Results:TCM symptoms comparison:Treatment group total effectiveness90%, better than the control group53.33%, By chi-square test, chi-square=8.208, p=0.004, there was statistically significant difference (p<0.01).
