To Investigate The Effectiveness Of The Yinchenyujiang Decoction In Treating Primary Biliary Cirrhosis

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yinchenyujiang Decoction on the treatment of primary biliary cirrhosis and find a significant effect, economic security, suitable Chinese medicine method for the treatment of PBC.Method:The cases are selected from liver disease clinic of Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of TCM, Guo Yi Tang of Nanjing University of TCM and Bai Cao Tang of Nanjing University of TCM from September 2008 to April 2010 out-patient department, There are 19 cases meet the criteria.7 cases are male and 12 are female patients, aged 22-69 years old. All patients are selected from the ones taking Western medicines were no significant effects more than one year, in the original treatment based on the use of Chinese medicine treatment. All herbs are from Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of TCM, Guo Yi Tang of Nanjing University of TCM and Bai Cao Tang of Nanjing University of TCM. Maintain the basic treatment for some patients, and with the gradual improvement in symptoms reduction or disable, only use traditional Chinese medicine. Before treatment and after 1 month,3 months,6 months measure STB,CB,ALT,AST,ALP,γ-GGT and jaundice, hypochondriac pain, skin itching, bloating, fatigue, anorexia, nausea and vomiting symptoms and signs points. Use the SPSS17.0 statistical analysis software after treatment to measure data to X±S a statistical description of the standard test as a standard of a is 0.05, P≤0.05 considers significant. After the statistical analysis, conclude this clinical study and judge the effectiveness of Yinchenyujiang Decoction to treat PBC.Results:1,Efficacy analysis:After 1 month, the total effective rate was 47.4%,3 months after treatment t was 100%,6 months after treatment was 94.7%. Yinchenyujiang Decoction on the treatment of PBC is significant effect.2,Improving symptoms efficacy analysis:Clinical symptoms and signs analysis show that the jaundice, hypochondriac pain, skin itching, bloating, fatigue, anorexia, nausea and vomiting symptoms of patients before treatment are obvious, after taking the medicine gradually ease, both the total score or individual symptom scores show that is significant differences.(P<0.05). 3,On liver function:Before treatment, STB, CB, ALT, AST, ALP andγ-GT levels of most patients were significantly increased.After the treatment, these liver functions decline on different degrees. In comparion, that is significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:1, Yinchenyujiang Decoction could improve the clinical symptoms, signs, survival and quality of life of primary biliary cirrhosis patients. 2 Yinchenyujiang Decoction can lower serum STB, CB, ALT, AST, ALP, y-GT levels, gallbladder jaundice, liver function and improve blood circulation in the role of the liver.
