Research On Clinical Application Of Ruangan Lidan Decoction Mitigate TACE Adverse Reactions In The Treatment Of Primary Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Objective: Through the Research of Ruangan Lidan Decoction in patients with primary liver cancer after TACE,observe the recovery of liver function,improvement of clinical symptoms and TCM symptoms,to evaluate it safety and efficacy.The purpose of this research is to provide suggestion for the clinical application and promotion of traditional Chinese medicine to mitigate TACE adverse reactions in the treatment of primary hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods: 59 primary carcinoma of liver are divided into treatment group(n =29)and control group(n = 30).The control group was treated with TACE chemotherapy,the treatment group was treated by Ruan gan Li dan tang combined with TACE treatment.Patients were observed the change in short-term effectsliver function,blood count,KPS score and TCM symptoms.Results:(1)There was no significant difference between the two groups in hort-term effects(P > 0.05);(2)Compared with the control group,the recovery of liver function in the treatment group is better than that the control group(P < 0.05);(3)Compared with the control group,the treatment group is better than the control group in the improvement of postoperative adverse reactions(fever,abdominal pain,malignant vomiting),the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);(4)There was no significant difference between the two groups in bone marrow suppression(P > 0.05);(5)There was no significant difference of two KPS credit(p>0.05);(6)The treatment group indicates an obvious improvement on TCM symptoms,and the difference possesses statistical significance(p<0.05).Conclusions:Ruangan Lidan Decoction on TACE patients which with primary carcinoma of liver can repair the damage of liver function,reduce postoperative adverse reactions and improve TCM symptoms.
