The Effect Observation Of Modified Yinchaoerjin Decoction For Primary Biliary Cirrhosis

Primary biliary cirrhosis(PBC) is a difficult internal disease.In recent years, traditional Chinese medicine to the patients in the study of the pathogenesis explore the mechanism of clinical research and treatment are some progress which has been made. After reviewing the progress of the past two decades research on the basis of PBC,the research carry out a Clinical Study which Yinshaoerjin Decoction treat PBC.Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Modified Yinshaoerjin Decoction on the treatment of primary biliary cirrhosis and find a significant effect, economic security, suitable popularizing Chinese medicine method for the treatment of PBC.Method:In this study,26 patients was treated by Modified Yinchaoerjin Decoction.Before treatment and after 1 month,3 months,6 months measure ALT,AST,ALP,γ-GT,TB,DB and jaundice, hypochondriac pain, fatigue, skin itching, bloating, anorexia,nausea and vomiting symptoms and signs points.Three months were one period of treatment,the observation continued 2 courses.Results:After 1 month, the effective rate was 65.4%,3 months after treatment the effective rate was 96.2%,6 months after treatment was 100%. Clinical symptoms and signs analysis show that the jaundice, hypochondriac pain, skin itching, bloating, fatigue, anorexia, nausea and vomiting symptoms of patients before treatment are obvious, after taking the medicine gradually ease, both the total score or individual symptom scores show that is significant differences(P<0.05). Before treatment ALT,AST,ALP,y-GT,TB and DB levels of most patients were significantly increased.After the treatment, these liver functions decline on different degrees. In comparion, that is significant difference (P<0.05). Yinshaoerjin Decoction on the treatment of PBC is significant effect.Conclusion:Clinical research showed that Yinshaoerjin Decoction could improve the clinical symptoms, biochemical indicators, signs, survival and quality of life of primary biliary cirrhosis patients. And can lower serum TB, DB, ALT, AST, ALP, y-GT levels, gallbladder jaundice, promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and making biliary unobstructed.
