The Clinical Observation On Xiaoyingjian Joint Wuweitiaojing Decoction Treating Hypomenorrhea Of Blood Deficiency Syndrome By Installments

Objective:Observe the clinical efficacy of Xiaoyingjian joint Wuweitiaojing decoction treating the blood deficiency hypomenorrhea, record the serum sex hormone levels and appeared in the process of drug adverse reactions, and to explore its mechanism of action, for such patients to provide a safe and effective treatment methods.Methods:Select60patients with diagnosis standard, were randomly divided into three groups, a treatment group, two control group,20cases in each group. Treatment group the non-menstrual applications Xiaoyingjian, the menstruation with Wuweitiaojing decoction of oral; Control group1the non-menstrual applications e-jiao slurry, the menstruation with Wuweitiaojing decoction of oral; control group2the non-menstrual applications Xiaoyingjian, the menstruation with no drug use. continuous treatment of three menstrual cycles after observing three groups of clinical symptoms and signs improved and the serum sex hormones FSH, LH, E2, T, PRL value changes, and record the patients of drug adverse reaction appeared in the process.Results:(1) Treatment group total effective rate was85%, control group1, the total effective rate was70%, control group2, the total effective rate was60%, treatment group and control group1,2total effective rate in comparison, difference have statistical significance(P<0.05).(2) Treatment group to improve the clinical symptoms in patients is better than that of control group1and group2.(3) Three groups before and after treatment serum FSH, LH, E2, PRL, T value were no statistical significance (P>0.05), illustrate three groups had no obvious effect on serum sex hormone.(4)Three groups during or after treatment discontinuation found no significant side effects or adverse reactions.Conclusion:Xiaoyingjian joint Wuweitiaojing decoction treating the blood deficiency hypomenorrhea has obviously improved significantly in the amount of vaginal bleeding, bleeding time and associated symptoms, has a good clinical curative effect, in the process of treatment did not find significant side effects or adverse reactions, clinical application are safe and worthy of promotion of use.
