Clinical Observation Of Ginseng Yangrong Decoction In Treating Hypomenorrhea(Qi And Blood Deficiency Syndrome)

Objective:The main purpose of this project is to explore the clinical efficacy of ginseng Yangrong Decoction in the treatment of Hypomenorrhea.The improvement of menstrual volume,menstrual period,endometrium and other symptoms and signs before and after the treatment of Ginseng Yangrong Decoction and Tiaojing Yangyan Granule was compared.To explore the mechanism of Renshen Yangrong Decoction in treating Hypomenorrhea(qi and blood deficiency syndrome),and provide a certain theoretical basis for future clinical research.Methods:In this project,72 patients with qi-blood deficiency syndrome and menorrhagia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the order of patient visits,because 8 patients fell off during the treatment period(1 patient in the treatment group had insufficient treatment,3 Cases did not take the drug as prescribed by the doctor;2 patients in the control group were undertreated,and 2 patients took other related drugs during diagnosis and treatment),and 64 patients were finally included.The treatment group was given oral ginseng Yangrong Decoction,and the control group was given Tiaojing Yangyan granules.Observe the changes in menstrual flow,color,and quality before and after treatment,changes in endometrial thickness,and improvement of the main and secondary symptoms of TCM.Observe the changes before and after treatment by comparing between the two groups and comparing within the group.Results: After treatment,patients in the two groups had increased menstrual volume,prolonged menstrual period,significantly reduced total TCM syndrome score,reduced disease severity,and increased endometrial thickness,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The experimental results showed that the total clinical effective rate in the treatment group was 87.5%,and the total clinical effective rate in the control group was 81.25%.There were 6 patients in the treatment group and 3 in the control group,14 patients in the treatment group with significant effect,10 patients in the control group,8 patients with effective patient group,13 patients in control group,4 patients with ineffective treatment group,and 8 in control group example.P<0.05 was statistically significant.The symptom scores of the two groups were compared.The TCM symptom score of the treatment group before treatment was 20.44 ± 7.63,the TCM symptom score of the control group was 21.34 ± 7.94;the TCM symptom score of the treatment group after treatment was 10.91 ± 6.19,and the TCM symptom score of the control group was 12.88.± 7.23.P<0.05,statistically significant,The results show that the effect of ginseng Yangrong Decoction on the treatment of qi and blood deficiency syndrome is less than that of Tiaojing Yangyan Granule.Conclusion: Ginseng Yangrong Decoction reduces the treatment of qi and blood deficiency syndrome after less months,especially in the month after less menstrual volume,menstrual period,increase of endometrial thickness and other aspects of improvement.Through this study,it was found that ginseng yangrong decoction showed an advantageous role in improving the clinical symptoms and signs of fewer months,which is worthy of further clinical research and promotion.
