The Clinical Observation Of Self-designed Buqi Tiaoxue Decoction In The Treatment Of Hypomenorrhea(Qi Deficiency And Blood Deficiency Syndrome)

Objective: Through the study on the clinical efficacy of self-designed buqi tiaoxue decoction and tiaojing yangyan granule in the treatment of patients with monthly deficiency of vital energy(qi deficiency and blood deficiency syndrome),through statistical comparison and analysis,the efficacy,safety and reliability of self-designed buqi tiaoxue decoction were preliminarily discussed,and the study nature was clinical efficacy observation.Methods:Seventy-two patients with monthly deficiency of energy and blood loss(qi deficiency and blood deficiency syndrome)that met the inclusion criteria were selected for observation.All the patients were from the outpatient department of gynecology of the affiliated hospital of changchun university of traditional Chinese medicine from February2018 to February 2019.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 36 cases in each group.The treatment group was given buqi tiaoxue decoction,while the control group was given tiaojing yangyan granules.The drugs were taken from the 6th day of the menstrual cycle to the 25 th day of the menstrual cycle,with 3consecutive menstrual cycles.Drug withdrawal was observed after 3 consecutive courses of treatment and followed up for 3 months.Other related drugs should not be taken during medication.To compare and observe the patients' symptom changes,and to comprehensively evaluate the clinical effect of self-designed buqi tiaoxue decoction.Results: In the clinical observation,there were 2 cases of insufficient course of treatment,1 case of pregnancy,2 cases of irregular medication,and 3 cases of unsatisfactory curative effect plus other drugs,which were excluded from the statistics,so a total of 64 cases of patients under clinical observation were included.A total of 32 patients were treated in the treatment group.According to the comprehensive efficacy,4 cases were cured,13 cases were significantly effective,10 cases were effective,and 5 cases were ineffective.The recovery rate was 12.50%,significant efficiency was 40.63%,effective rate was 31.25%,ineffective rate was 15.63%,and total effective rate was 84.38%.A total of 32 patients in the control group were cured,2 cases were cured,7 cases were significantly effective,15 cases were effective,8 cases were ineffective,the recovery rate was 6.25%,significant efficiency was 21.88%,effective rate was 46.88%,ineffective rate was 25.00%,total effective rate was 75.00%.The total effective rate of the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.After treatment,individual TCM syndromes of the two groups were analyzed.Intra-group comparison showed that the P value of all symptoms in the treatment group was < 0.05,indicating that the treatment group had a significant effect in the treatment of various TCM syndromes.The control group was found to have P < 0.05,so it had a significant effect in improving various TCM syndromes.Between group comparison:after treatment,menstrual quantity is little,menstrual period,by the blood quality,god fatigue,dizziness,palpitations,shortness of breath,spontaneous sweating,symptoms after inspection P < 0.05,it shows that the treatment group and control group in improving the menstrual quantity is little,menstrual period,by the blood quality,god fatigue,dizziness,palpitations,shortness of breath,spontaneous perspiration symptoms,differences in the treatment of menstrual quantity is little,menstrual period,by the blood quality,god fatigue,heart palpitations,shortness of breath,spontaneous sweating,treatment group was superior to control group,control group in their treatment of dizziness symptom curative effect is better than that of the treatment group curative effect;P > 0.05 was used to improve the symptoms of complexion,lack of breath,laziness and insomnia,and the difference was not statistically significant.Therefore,the two groups had similar efficacy in improving the above three symptoms.Conclusion: Self-designed buqi tiaoxue decoction is safe and effective in the treatment of hypomenorrhea(qi deficiency and blood deficiency syndrome),which can effectively improve the symptoms of hypomenorrhea and other associated clinical symptoms,and is worthy of further clinical research and promotion.
