Use The Method Of Clinical Pathway To Take Healthy Education Rsearch On Ischemic Stroke Patient

Objective: This topic research uses the method of Clinical Pathway to take health education to Ischemic stroke patient. In order to improve patients'quality of life, through improving the activities of daily living of patients; enhancing the understanding level of disease relevant knowledge ; heightening the attainment rate of patient health education ; raising the health education satisfaction rate; promoting the healthy living behavior.Methods: This topic strictly selects the Ischemic stroke patient of department of internal neurology of the affiliated hospital to Changchun university of Chinese medicine. This topic selects 60 cases to do experiment and use the SAS Package to automatically divide into two groups which named experimental group and control group. Each group has 30 cases. The experimental group gives the health education nursing project to clinical pathway (combine clinical hospital and the real condition of departments to work out the health education path list). The control group uses the conventional health education project (the responsible nurses who has different age, the academic background and the health education knowledge level according to patients'condition adopt health education). The research through observing the patients'condition after having health education uses these two kinds of paths. This research compared the different results on different aspects such as improving the activities of daily living; enhancing the understanding level of disease relevant knowledge; heightening the attainment rate of patient health education and raising the health education satisfaction rate. Through this method to choose the best health education project to Ischemic stroke patient.Results: Through the statistics analysis of the effects of this two nursing projects, On the aspect of activities of daily living, the Barthel compare between the experimental group and control group has significant meaning (p<0.05), this illustrate the experimental group is superior to the control group. On the aspect of the understanding level of disease relevant knowledge, the compare between the experimental group and control group has significant meaning (p<0.05), this illustrate the experimental group is superior to the control group. On the aspect of the attainment rate of health education before leaving hospital, the attainment rate of the experimental group is 90.00% and the attainment rate of the control group is 66.67%. The different attainment rate of experimental group and control group has significant meaning (p<0.05), this illustrate the attainment rate of the two groups has obvious difference. This research finds the different results. On the aspect of patients'attitudes to health education satisfaction rate, the satisfaction rate of experimental group and control group are 93.33% and 70.00%. The different satisfaction rate of experimental group and control group has significant meaning (p<0.05), this illustrate the satisfaction rate of the two groups has obvious difference.Conclusion: The results shows that on the aspect of activities of daily living; the understanding level of disease relevant knowledge; the attainment rate of patient health education and the health education satisfaction rate, clinical pathway of health education nursing project is superior to conventional health education project. The clinical pathway of health education nursing project is better to Ischemic stroke patient.
