Objective: Accordance with the Guiding principle of clinical research on new drugsof traditional Chinese Medicine to judge the TCM syndrome types of the patients withcoronary heart disease. By taking the theory of TCM for guidance,in order to analyze therelativity of the different-type CHD,severity of coronary lesios and HbA1c with other riskfactors,in this way to further the Chinese medical syndromes related objectibe indec, alsoprovide an objective basis and effective treatment of CHD for Integrative Medicine.Method: In the Department of cardiology and the ward of Shandong ProvincialHospital,we select140cases with chest pain,60cases are Xin-blood Stasis type,36casesare Heart blood stagnation type,37cases are Qi and Yin deficiency type,7cases arestagnation of YIN-cold type.Question the past medical history of the patients.At the sametime,record the patient gender,age,height,weight,blood-pressure,family-history,smoking-history,TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,FPU,CLU, HbA1c, TBIL, DBIL, IBIL, BUN, UA, Cr,thescore of Gensini and so on.SPSS17.0software is used to analysed the correlation of thegeneral information, HbA1c and severity degree of CHD among different syndromes ofcoronary heart disease.Result: Due to this topic the stagnation of Yin-cold group did not collect enoughsamples,so only study the three groups of Xin-blood Stasis group,Heart blood stagnationgroup,Qi and Yin deficiency group which of a toal of133.Research shows:(1)Comparedwith the patients of the three groups, there is no ststidtics difference in gendre,age,historyof smoking,hypertension,dyslipidemia,family-history,blood pressure,FPG,GLU,the blood fat,liver function,renal function,P>0.05;there are ststidtics difference between the Qi andYin deficiency group and the other two groups on the diabetes mellitus, P<0.05;there aresignificant statistics difference on BMI,when the Heart blood stagnation group compareswith the other two groups,it shows that P<0.01.(2) In the aspect of HbA1c,there arestatistics difference between Qi and Yin deficiency group and the Heart blood stagnationgroup,P<0.05; there are difference between the group of Qi and Yin deficiency and theXin-blood Stasis but no statistics difference, P>0.05;the level of Xin-blood Stasis group’HbA1c is closed to the Heart blood stagnation group;(3)When it comes to the score ofGensini, the both of Xin-blood Stasis group and Qi and Yin deficiency group havestatistics difference with the group of Heart blood stagnation, P<0.05.(4)In the aspect ofHbA1c’level and score of Gensini, there are statistics difference between the group of7.0≤HbA1c and the group of HbA1c<6.5,P<0.05; in the aspect of severity degree of CHDand HbA1c,there are statistics difference between the group of64≤Gensini and the othertwo groups, P<0.05.Conclusion:(1)Qi and Yin deficiency group has a higher percentage of patientswith DM and HbA1c level than the other groups;(2)The Gensiniˊscore ofthe Xin-bloodStasis group and Qi and Yin deficiency group is higher than the Heart blood stagnationgroup;the severity degree of CHD of the two groups is also seriouser than the Heart bloodstagnation group;(3)There is a correlation between HbA1c and the severity degree ofCHD.The higher of the HbA1c level is the risk factor of severity degree of CHD; thehigher of the HbA1c level, the seriouser of the severity degree of CHD.The study showsthat the patients of the Qi and Yin deficiency group have the highest HbA1c level,and theseverity degree of CHD is serious.
