Effect Of Renewed Xuefuzhuyu Decoction On The Formation Of Aortic Plaque And The Unbalance Of IFN-r And IL-17Cytokine In Atherosclerosis Rats

Purpose To observe the effect of Renewed Xuefuzhuyu Decoction on the formationof Aortic plaque and the imbalance of IL-17and IFN-r Cytokine in AS rats,and researchthe mechanism of Renewed Xuefuzhuyu Decoction preventing AS.Method65SPF Wister male rats were randomly divided into five groups: The blankgroup, model group, Chinese medicine in low dose group and high dose group, westernmedicine group. Except the blank group, other groups were made into AS model byfeeding high-fat diet and injecting vitamin D3into abdominal cavity. The drug was giventhrough irrigation stomach in each group. After8weeks,IFN-r、IL-17in serum wasmeasured by using ELISA,. The intima and media thickness of Thoracic aortic wasmeasured through Microscope, and then observe the change of Thoracic aortic pathologythrough microscope.Result Xuefuzhuyu Decoction can decrease the thickness of the intima and mediaof Thoracic aortic,can improve the Aortic pathology. Campared with the model group,thecontent of IFN-r in serum was reduced, and IL-17and in serum was increased,thedifference is of significance in statistics scienceConclusion Renewed XuefuZhuyu Decoction can inhibit the immune inflammatoryreaction in AS, prevent the formation of AS though regulating the function imbalance ofIFN-r and IL-17cells.
