Clinical Study On The Influence Of The Thrid Stage Type 2 Diabetes Nephrosis Patients' CRP And Urine CTGF Treated With XueFuZhuYuTang

Objective:To investigate the influence of the third stage of Type 2 Diabetic Nephropathy patients' C-respond protein(CRP) and urine connection tissue growth factor (UCTGF) treated with XueFuZhuYuTang, Then inquire into the prescription for preventing and curing the third stage of Type 2 Diabetic Nephropathy. And this thesis is to provide the theory and clinical basis for the clinical application of the method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis treats the third stage of Diabetic Nephropathy.Methods:Adopting random collate method,60 standard patients are divided into the group of combinnation TCM with Western medicine and the Western medicine group(controled group). The 30 patients of group of combinnation TCM with Western medicine are treated with Western medical therapies(Including the meal of diabetes healthy education, diabetes and controling blood sugar, blood fat and blood pressure) and Valsartan(Diovan,80mg,po,QD)combinning with XueFuZhuYuTang (granules,po,QD).While the 30 patients of the Western medicine group are treated with Western medicine are treated with Western medical therapies(Including the meal of diabetes healthy education, diabetes and controling blood sugar, blood fat and blood pressure) and Valsartan (Diovan,80mg,po,QD).Curing lasts for 8 weeks. Meanwhile, all patients' CRP,24 hours UCTGF, fibrinogen(FIB), D-dimer(D-D),24 hours urine microalbuminuria(UMA) and blood fat(TG,CHOL,LDL,HDL),blood sugar(FBG,PBG,HbAlc),blood pressure etc. beacons before and afret treatment are collected for comparison.Result:1. Pre-therapy and after-therapy comparison between the patients of two groups' BP,BMI,FBG,PBG,HbA1c,TG,CHOL,LDL and HDL have no statistics significance (P>0.05). There are no statistics significance between Pre-therapy and after-therapy comparison in each group(P>0.05).2. Comparing the clinical total curative effect between the two groups, the difference have the statistical significance (P<0.05), while group combining TCM and Western medicine(total efficiency 86.67%) have better clinical curative effect than the Western medicine group(total efficiency 63.33%).3. Pre-therapy comparison between the patients of two groups' 24 hours urine microalbuminuria ration have no statistics significance (P>0.05). The two groups'24 hours urine microalbuminuria ration data all decreases (P<0.01) after treatment, but the group combining TCM and Western medicine decreases more than the Western medicine group. The difference have statistic significance (P<0.05).4. Pre-therapy comparison between the two groups'serum CRP have no statistics significance (P>0.05). The two groups' serum CRP data all decreases (P<0.01) obviously after treatment, but the group combining TCM and Western medicine decreases more than the Western medicine group. The difference have statistic significance (P<0.05).5. There is no statistical significance(P>0.05) for 24 hours urine CTGF of two groups before treatment, but the level of 24 hours urine CTGF of two groups all lower(P<0.05) after treatment, especially the group of combinnation TCM with Western medicine is better than the Western medicine group, the discrepancy includes statistics meaning(P<0.05).6. D-dimer(D-D) and fibrinogen(FIB) of patients of two groups to relatively have no statistics meaning(P>0.05) before treatment, while D-D and FIB of all patients decrease obviously after curing(P<0.01), especially the group of combinnation TCM with Western medicine is better than the Western medicine group, and the discrepancy includes statistics meaning(P<0.05).Conclution:1. Treatment with combining XueFuZhuYuTang and Diovan can lower the level of 24h UMA and CRP of the third stage of Type 2 Diabetic Nephropathy patients and improve the patients' inflammation state.So the treatment may prevent and cure the occurrence and progress of Diabetic Nephropathy,and prevent the kidney function.2. Treatment with combining XueFuZhuYuTang and Diovan can lower the level of urine CTGF for patients with the third stage of Type 2 Diabetic Nephropathy. Thus the treatment may defer the kidney fibrosis progress.3. Treatment with combining XueFuZhuYuTang and Diovan can lower the level of D-D and FIB for patients with the third stage of Type 2 diabetic Nephropath and improve the patients' Blood Stasis degree. Also defer the progress of Diabetic Nephropathy by many bas, and definitely, there is clinical application foreground for treating Early Diabetic Nephropathy by combining TCM and Western medicine.
