| Objective:Based on traditional Chinese medicine theory about"syndrome differentiation""using of the same principles cure different diseases",Xuefuzhuyu is used treating Menstrual,in order to "menorrhea". By the recent preliminary analysis of clinical efficacy, it provides a reference for clinical application.Methods:The 46 patients were Collected from January 2008 to January 2010 which received treatment in the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Traditional Chinese medicine hospital in Sichuan Province) with gynecological clinic menstrual, (34 cases in which the late period, menstruation and in 5 cases,5 cases less menstruation,2 cases of dysmenorrhea,because the number of cases after the period of three is small, so this article only discussed the period of the late).34 case of delayed menorrhea was treated by Xuefuzhuyu Decoction Before and after treatment to observe and analyze of delayed menorrhea changes in TCM, and patient age, disease duration, gynecological ultrasound examination and clinical analysis of the correlation effect.Results:1. This group of 34 patients, treatment of patients before and after the main points, sub-syndrome scores and total score were significantly different (P< 0.05); synthetic effect shows 34 cases in which the late period the total integrated effect of the efficiency of 85.3%.2. Correlation analysis showed that duration on the effect of impact (P<0.05), had no significant effect of age (P>0.05). On the effect of endometrial thickness and menstrual main disease treatment with certain correlation.Conclusion:Xuefuzhuyu was treated delayed menorrhea with Qi stagnation blood stasis has clear therapeutic effect.
